What the point of having a location here if there is literally no one ever working when they are supposed to be ‘open’ multiple times I have gone during their ‘business hours’ and the doors are locked

The Mexican lady (no name tag) who sits closest to the front door was awesome. She tended to my request immediately, understood exactly what I wanted, and explained in simple detailed terms what she must do to effect my request. She worked continuouslu until the task was finished. Best customer service I've ever received at any bank; as it should be at all branches (hint: do NOT waste your time at the E. Lovers Lane location!)

I’ve been with Wells Fargo all my life, but it is becoming more and more clear that all they care about is themselves. You should go to a friendlier bank like Frost Bank or Chase Bank if you still believe in Southern Hospitality. Either that or take you chances with Wells Fargo if you don’t mind giving your life savings to bankers who are itching to steal your identity and open up fake accounts in your name with no remorse or real penalties.

First off I wanna give a huge shout out to the most kind and friendly most of all beautiful Latina Woman that helped me yesterday idk her name but as soon as you walk in this location she is the first banker on the right near the entrance she went out of her way to help me with my mobile app she was terrific in every way and I appreciate her for that I live in Irving Tx and tried to go in for some help and those employees were not professional at all and turned me away I’m glad I came to this other location off NW Highway and got to meet and helped by this pretty lady and I’ll drive from Irving just to come and do business with her again #OriginalKumbiaKing LOVE AND RESPECTS

Wells Fargo purchased my mortgage and then serviced it poorly. As a result of their accounting error, Wells Fargo has increased my mortgage by $1,500 a month during COVID-19 and the resulting financial strains. GO ANYWHERE BUT WELLS FARGO FOR A MORTGAGE!

This Wells Fargo bank has a great staff who give freindly service. I have gone to other branches. But none of those are like this branch.

HOLY SUPER BANKING!!! Who likes going to the bank...I know I don't. However this particular Wells Fargo is the bomb. The tellers rock and bankers are so friendly and even the branch manager comes out of his hole to say hello! Where am I? This is definitely NOT a normal bank. True Story A guy came into the bank and tried to cash a check, the tiny teller told the guy she would have to call to verify the check, since it was questionable. He argued and asked for the check back, Tiny Teller said no. He yelled and screamed and called her names. She just apologized and said she had rules to follow. When she left the back of the "teller gate" (that's what I call it...their behind this 3" thick plexi glass) to make a copy of the check, the guy grabbed her and tried to take the check away from her. That's when another teller came out of no where, grabbed the guy and WHOOSH threw him a head lock! WA-BAM!!! Cops came....everything was kosher. I mean honestly? My own Steven Segal movie in the middle of a Wells Fargo bank? Awesome. I always go here, cause like I said...everyone is so nice. I feel safe. They are not pushy with sales...I mean don't get me wrong, they try to sell you their products (i.e. savings, CC, debit cards...etc) but if you say no, that's it. No more Q's. On my way out I'm always told "Have a great day!" or "See you soon". Some of them even know my name! I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 10 years. I don't plan on changing banks anytime soon. I am so happy with customer service and in store service that I can't imagine anything else. Again, who likes going to the bank?
