This is the worst customer service i ever received from this bank. I went there to get the verification letter of my balance with teller but apparently she had no clue with anything even i showed her the paper i took on my phone and she should be able to recognize it since i believe that not anyone can work in the bank unless you’re trained and have some experience but wasted my time for 40mins just to get the paper. This is example of how teller should be properly trained. No smile no greeting.. i don’t want some manager to just to reply back like”sorry for your bad experience with us blah blah blah and then we’re strive to give our customer the best experience blah blah blah” just just want it to be fixed and no there was no customer in front of me that time. And two of bankers can’t not take care of small task.. i guess they were just get paid what they’re asked to do i mean.. just your own work and not helping your co worker..

Alexis was a STELLAR Teller to my Lyft Customer who CHANGED locations & has a "Shaky Hand Syndrome" . The helpfulness of the "Written Slip for Withdrawal" was awesome! * No wonder Toyota is Proud to have "a Lexus" onboard"??

Drive thru banking and inside lobby is open during COVID-19. Lobby limiting people so be prepared to wait outside if there is a line.

I am going to have a to give a very disappointing review. I have been with WF since 2003. I am here sitting with Senayda Sandoval "manager of this location". I am working on pulling a fairly large loan. While working with her I noticed #s are off and I would like the amortization table printed out so I can clarify. She refused and made rude comments about having to go to several locations. (For the reason is the extreme high turnover in the company). Many of the bankers do not know how to process these loans. I will be looking for another bank. High turnover and disrespect towards your clients are signs of bad business.

Why is there a "door greeter" when theres a line of people?? Why would you pay someone to open the door and say hi to people only for them to stand in a line for 20 minutes?? Wouldn't it be more efficient to hire another teller to help the line of people? I can open my own door and the teller can say hi to me. Thank heavens I don't use wellsfargo anymore. I came in to deposit money to my brothers account (college kid, broke, needs $ to drink prob, whatever). Its long lines and limited workers like this that make me glad I moved over to Chase last year from Wellsfargo!!

This is the worst bank to do business with in Dallas. Their customer service stinks and they charge you for just about anything, including checks. I would never do business with them again. In fact, I pulled two large accounts from them for being stupid. Never again!

Here's a little known fact about me (or you probably do know this if you read my reviews): I love errands. They make me happy. Perhaps it's because it gives me the chance to doodle around town for hours, or because Shadow likes to ride along. Whatever the reason, errands are always a good part of my day. One of those errands is the bank. I've been going to the WF off of Wycliff and Lemmon for a few months now but the clientele is always a little shady and they don't have a drive thru. And sometimes, I just don't feel like wearing anything but bunny slippers. I decided to give this location a shot yesterday. I pulled up to the handy-dandy window and of course Shadow sticks his nose by my front seat and out my window. I apologized for his nosiness to the teller and he grinned. The teller made my deposit in lickity-split time and when he opened the drawer - a doggie treat was inside! I know it brightened my day and it *certainly* brightened Shadow's. Sometimes it's the small things that make me happy about errands!
