Wait is ALWAYS long here in lobby. Each time WELL OVER 25 MINUTES. Current visit today 34 mins and counting. ??♀️Line almost out of door, and tellers are rude as well. 0 stars is a more fitting rating. Sadly, based off reviews this has been the same for years. Avoid this location if you can. Maria is by far the worse, every time she helps someone, she tells the next person can you give me a minute. Lady we have given plenty, DO YOUR JOB ‼️‼️‼️

wish I could give them a ZERO star review but phone line is never available and customer service is non existent. Waiting time is unacceptable considering closing all accounts here!

They have ONE bank teller for a huge line, and the ONE teller decides (in the middle of a transaction) to answer the phone and have some sort of conversation away from the window for about 5 mins. How ridiculous!!!

i tried to get a debit card and they never sent us the address and never sent a message or email and call and the person their working had a moody attitude like they always do trash servic.

Customer wait in line for more than an hour, but one customer came in 20 minutes after I came in and one of the tellers went up to them and help him before everyone that was in line. Worst experience ever. Tellers are not polite, and the managers dont care about their customers. THEY NEED TO GO TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS. Diana was the one that help the other person first not caring about the rest of the customers that had been there for more than an hour. And besides she was rude.

If you have lots of time to wait in line stop by. They need more people working there is always a huge line and only 1 person behind the glass. Not what I except out of a place that holds my money

I have used this bank for 20 years and been very happy with their service. The location is convenient and easy to access. The staff is friendly and efficient. The only setbacks have been necessary safety measures for dealing with the ongoing pandemic.

Been with Wells Fargo since 2014. I think it’s time to change bank. They never have enough staff. One teller inside and one outside. Can’t do business like this!

By far the WORST customer service experience at this branch by “Ronald” the teller that did our deposit today!! Been banking with wellsfargo for 14 years!!!!! And he had the nerve to argue and yell at me and my husband and told us he wouldn’t do our deposit for us to go to the ATM when I told him we wouldn’t do that cause we were already in line he yelled at us more and told us to go to another branch. Why would I have to do that if I’m at a branch that I bank with.

It takes at least 40 min to get through the drive thru services! This is ridiculous
