Terrible Customer Service at This Wells Fargo Branch
I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for a long time, but the customer service at this branch is absolutely terrible. The employees are rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. They do not represent the Wells Fargo image at all.
I recently went to deposit a check, and the teller refused it, claiming it was “altered.” I checked the check myself and saw nothing wrong with it. So, I went to a different Wells Fargo branch in Highland Park, explained the situation, and the teller there had no issues depositing it—proving that the first employee was just being difficult for no reason.
Every time I visit this branch, I get a hard time, whether I’m depositing or withdrawing money, even for small amounts like $500. It’s frustrating and unnecessary. Other Wells Fargo branches treat me much better, so I am seriously considering closing my account just to avoid dealing with this terrible location. Avoid this branch if you value good service!
Only Mary is the nicest person there.

Sat here to see a banker, no way to check in, no one said hi, sat for 30 minutes...nothing. Customer service is dead!

Mary O. was fantastic to work with on setting up a new business account. I have traditionally had accountants manage this process but Mary was very patient and supportive as I fumbled from with the process :) . In my experience, her professionalism and support is exceptional. Thank you!

Extremely unprofessional service bank cheat you i saw ist time .I went there to buy currency i asked what's the currency rate they gave me there rate instead of telling me that our rate and government rate are different then it's my choice to buy or not what they told me I bought the currency when I get home my family told me that this is not the currency rate I went back but bank was closed .The next working day I called I got the stories oh no this is our rate why you guys didn't explain me at the first place your rate and government rate then they told me if you return we will charge in a different rate what a shame. BEWARE FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. NO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I WILL FILE COMPLAINT TO BETTER BUSINESS BEAURO

Went to 13050 Coit Rd. Dallas branch on 12/12/23 around 10:40AM to withdraw $100 (needing change, 20s, 10, 5, & 1s). Drive thru Teller was extremely rude and told me to go to the ATM despite providing my ID, debit card, and filled out form and verbalizing the change I needed. Ended up leaving with no money.

Went at my lunch time. They ONLY had ONE cashier. LONG lines. They know people come by on their break. And to only have one cashier - UNACCEPTABLE!! They know people come on their lunch break. And they should have a full staff during lunch time.

I never had an issue with this bank until now because they’re new team closes earlier than the hours displayed.
