Diego was very professional, helpful and made the business transactions easy.I’m not a big fan of this Bank, but it’s the individual people that can make your life easy or difficult. Diego made it easy. Thank you.

Went to 13050 Coit Rd. Dallas branch on 12/12/23 around 10:40AM to withdraw $100 (needing change, 20s, 10, 5, & 1s). Drive thru Teller was extremely rude and told me to go to the ATM despite providing my ID, debit card, and filled out form and verbalizing the change I needed. Ended up leaving with no money.

Went at my lunch time. They ONLY had ONE cashier. LONG lines. They know people come by on their break. And to only have one cashier - UNACCEPTABLE!! They know people come on their lunch break. And they should have a full staff during lunch time.

I had a really bad experience with this branch bank. They couldn't help me to open a CD and a credit card and they had a wrong information about my date of birth. And they didn't fix it. I spent my day off waitng inside for nothing. I'm still so angry. They're completely inefficient. I'm not sure if they treated me without respect because I'm latino.

Worst customer service you can have within a Wells Fargo Bank. I set a appointment, and got treated like I was not bringing my business to this Bank. Maybe it was a sign that this is not the place to start a business account. Lack of knowledge from representatives Alondra and Roman, then at the end of the day no management within this branch. I will never, I mean never do business here again.

went to make a withdrawal inside the branch , everything went smoothly but what seemed very unprofessional is that a non english speaking hispanic went in there and asked for help regarding his credit card one of the lady tellers told him to take a seat that maybe they would help him then all 3 of the tellers started saying rude stuff about the man saying “his one of them “ even though all the tellers were hispanic to untill one of them finally agreed to help the man

Terrible experience at this bank resulting in a $39,559.00 loss for my 80 year old parents. My Dad went to this branch to wire money back to a scammer in Singapore. He purchased anti virus software and requested a refund when the software didn't work properly. The scammer (a young guy in Florida) said they over-refunded him and urged him to quickly go to the bank to wire the money back or he might lose his job. My parents are very honest and faithful Catholics and promptly drove to the bank to return money they thought they received in error. When they arrived at the bank and shared the story with Diego, a branch manager, my parents had no idea they were victims of a scam. Even though it was highly unusual for them to wire a large sum of money AND the bank is trained on common banking scams, Diego did absolutely nothing to stop the scam from happening. They simply don't care about their customers. Here's how the scam works: The scammer gained access to my Dad's computer and transferred money from their savings accounts into their checking to make it appear as though their story was legit. Diego, the branch manager, confirmed the $39,599 was in his checking account but did *not* check to see where the funds came from even though this is a VERY common scam and it was mentioned on the WF website until they recently took this info down. WF gave my Dad a false sense of security. Diego should've checked the other accounts first. Instead, he helped my Dad wire the money to Singapore and ignored all of the red flags. After researching this issue, we discovered a pattern of WF branches repeating this same pattern with elderly customers. It's very sad to know they don't protect vulnerable people. We spent months trying to get this issue resolved and ultimately spoke with someone in their internal review department and received a letter accusing my parents of lying. Who drives to the bank to return money that was sent in error - an HONEST PERSON. That's what my parents intended to do. A dishonest person and bank lies to cover it up and it's truly shameful. When we followed up, after receiving their 'case closed" letter, we were told is was a "he said/he said" situation and they chose to believe their employee instead of my parents. We also asked them to share details about their procedure/protocol to protect customers when they attempt to wire large sums of money to foreign banks especially if this is an unusual transaction and clearly a scam. Their answer "that's proprietary information and our policies are always changing".UPDATE: Since writing this, someone from the WF social media team (Nick) posted a reply (see below) and showed some concern and said he wanted to forward this to someone for review. We've been down that road many times over the last two months regarding this issue. Diego's boss, Karah Edwards, expressed concern and forwarded this issue to someone else. Karah's boss, a regional VP named Scott Wallace was called 5 times and he never returned any of our calls. Everyone says they are concerned/sorry and every call ends with '"thank you for being a valued WF customer". So far, this has all been very insincere rhetoric and hasn't led to any solutions -only wasted time. It's a shameful way to conduct business. My parents have experienced health issues as a result of the stress so unless someone from WF is truly willing to RESOLVE this issue, we can't waste any more time dealing with WF directly. If the CEO would like to contact me, that would be a welcomed conversation. Otherwise, we will address this matter through different avenues and will make sure your elderly demographic is aware of the way you treat vulnerable seniors.UPDATE FEB 1st. This issue still hasn't been resolved. However, since posting this review and others online I've heard from other elderly customers with similar experiences at other WF branches. One man told me he lost his life savings. WF

My WF branch has been closed due to staffing issues and I needed to wire some funds on Saturday 11/27. I stopped in without and appointment and met Rozsa H. at the entrance and explained my needs. She invited me to her office and very quickly and thoroughly explained the procedure and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Rosza is a valuable asset to WF.

It is really bad place that managers are really rude and don't see that she have enough experience how to deal with a question about how long it will take for me to changed just a regular check. It took for them to changed my check one hour and fifty seven minutes and she said if you don't like go to another location. That's is not professional and ethical.
