I have been to this ATM machine twice in the last 3 months, and both times it was out of order. One of those times I waited at the drive through window until I got tired of waiting for a person to come help, finally just drove off. This last time the drive through was also closed and the line inside was about 10 people long. Why have a bank if you don't offer bank services? I had to drive to the Chase Bank ATM where they charge me for my money and WF will charge me as well, bc that is fair right? What a disgrace. I should just move all my money out of WF if they are not going to keep their shops in line.

I went into the store on 6535 skillman st in Dallas tx and had the worse experience. I came in just to cash a check .. that simple and the girl behind the counter Aljandra or however u spell it couldn’t even do that. She ran my check into the machine 4 or 5 times because she kelp messing up something in the computer. And had the nerves to tell me she can’t cash my check now and I’m like how u just gave me $200 and u told me the rest u was suppose to get it deposited into my acct the next day. I said fine then she turn around and did something on the computer and stated now it won’t let me deposit the rest of your check until Oct 6 like how tf and she wanna say it was an issue no!! There is no issue u didn’t know what u was doing and now I can’t cash my check at my own bank ??♀️?or deposit my check and have to return the $200 she just gave me

Shared my concerns with management. Response from this issue I'm still waiting. Being turned away from cashing 2500 check at 3:00 on Friday got to be kidding me. Writing to comptroller next .don't go there

Useless. People working do not want to work. We have over a $1,000,000 in accounts at this bank and these people can't take a second to do their job. International bank transfer cannot be done online hence we need a banker. Banker is clearly free says she's busy proceeds to be on her phone. Bank teller apologized and that was it. Went to another branch and they sent me to this one since the other branch has no banker that can do this. Ridiculous.

I’ve been with Wells Fargo all my life, but it is becoming more and more clear that all they care about is themselves. You should go to a friendlier bank like Frost Bank or Chase Bank if you still believe in Southern Hospitality. Either that or take you chances with Wells Fargo if you don’t mind giving your life savings to bankers who are itching to steal your identity and open up fake accounts in your name with no remorse or real penalties.

I usually use BoA but I'm looking to change. Tried to open a checking account with WF online and the process hit a hiccough and indicated I had to go to location. I walked into this branch and inquired about a new account. The teller said I would have to make an appointment. There were no customers in the store at the time. She went on to tell me she had no way to tell what appointments were available or when - that I should go online to find out. Absurd. Nice job hiding your laziness behind the pandemic. Obviously the employee did not care whatsoever about providing good service and did not care about me as a (potential) customer. I assume they do not care about any customers.

This has to be the slowest wells fargo i've ever been to. avoid it at all costs, unless you want to spend an hour trying to deposit money into your account. good lord.

I made the mistake of ripping of a cashiers check for a very large amount. Aracely Rojas was able to help me recover the money. The process was long but she was extremely kind and professionally through the whole process. Thank you so much!

Been here a few times now for a few different things. Making an appointment was easy and convenient with a wonderful staff. I had the pleasure meeting Kevin Earl who helped me set up a business account, he was very nice and informed my of all my options and recommended what work best for me. I came back a few other times and he recognized me and asked about me and my business. He is very friendly and an excellent banker. Grade A customer service.
