If you need a single money order over 500 Dlls they force you to pay 2 because according to them the machine divides it automatically, bad service if you need to deliver only one with the amount you need. Jennifer helped me and I asked her if there was a supervisor since I think this is to charge more and waste more paper, since even if it is a branch, if it is with the franchise, it should offer the same as in the rest of the other branches. So if you need a money order with more than $500 go somewhere else and don't waste your time. PL$ doesn't charge anything and gives you good service and is very close to this branch.

I was not satisfy today i had to go get my money back from a money order i had done. And this lady i do not know her name but she short,light skinned, with blonde hair. Told me i had to wait 48hrs i headed down to an other western union on buckner and they did my refund really fast i was happy... but dont go here this lady was rude with this guy the other day because a guy was trying to change his five dollar coins to a five dollar bill and this women told him she couldnt do that .. so my husband went ahead and did it from his own pocket to help the black guy out... i wont go to this western union again!!
