90% of the time I come here it's for a random pharmacy need / prescription. If it's ever for a prescription. The wait is always WAY longer than I think it should be (this is after I've already set my expectations for it to take forever!). Not sure why but no matter what, the line at the pharmacy is unbearable. Most recently, I came through the drive thru and I had a relatively pleasant experience. Hence the 3* and not 1* I'd normally give for 90% of my experience. We arrived to pick up 3 prescriptions and I knew only 1 was ready and the other 2 had just been called in from our doctors office. I let the pharmacist at the drive thru know only 1 was ready and she was nice enough to say they will get the other two ready and just to pull around the drive thru if anyone else comes behind me. Sure enough someone did pull up and I pulled around and of course now I ended up waiting what felt like forever because I was in the Walgreens on mockingbird pharmacy chaos. All was fine though because I was able to pick up all 3 prescriptions within 25 minutes and I left relatively happy because I wasn't going to have to come back and do it all over again! I definitely do not enjoy the pharmacy experience here but I'm happy they do at least have some level of customer service and they do try!

The store itself is great, and always well stocked, and the staff is very friendly. However, the pharmacy itself is a bit of a mess. Staff is still very friendly, but they are obviously severely understaffed. There's always a long line when you go there during any peak hours, and I've had them screw up our prescriptions a few times. Really it's too bad because I've been using Walgreens forever. But, I think the CVS down the road is actually better in terms of filling prescriptions.

just like previous reviews if I could give this is zero, I would. This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for five years and I talked to managers. I've talked to Pharmacist I talk to everybody that would listen and it is still the worst pharmacy with the rudest people.

Appalled by how rude and uncaring the pharmacy staff is here. I am the most polite person, and each person I spoke with was just awful. When you're already sick, it's just the worst. I will never return to this store or pharmacy for any reason.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Pharmacists and techs are rude,lazy, condescending, and will hang up on you after waiting on hold for 20 minutes plus. I've never gone through the drive through in less that 20 minutes. Go anywhere else but here.

Run, don't walk to any other pharmacy. If you ever call to talk to the pharmacist be prepared to sit on hold 15 minutes or more and then get hung up on. They are literally the worst pharmacy I've ever used.

Whether you go inside or whether you utilize the drive through, the line at Walgreen's pharmacy is atrocious, and it's been so for years. Most people will pay a premium for a higher level of service, I know I do, so PLEASE invest in your brand and your reputation by staffing appropriately, hire people who speak English, hire professionals who truly understand the covenants of customer service, train your team, and be prepared for the business which you know utilize this branch and need your services. Today, I've been sitting in the drive through line for 47 minutes, when I drove up, there were only two cars in front of me, and now I continue to wait for just two prescriptions, which the Pham Tech acknowledged to having. It cannot be this difficult, especially when its your business and this is what you do.

I went into the pharmacy to have my prescription filled due to a respiratory infection! The Pharmacist called me a fraud to my face stated folk was writing fake prescriptions. I advised her reach out to the hospital and verify! After calling the hospital I was advised by the Doctor , I verified the prescription the pharmacist say He didn't feel comfortable dispensing it. These people literally lied to me 3 times, first we have it come back at 5:00, then we only have 10ml of 120ml dispensed and if I accepted the remainder would void. All these are lies and I'm notifying the FDA, they need to know how racist and impartial these pharmaceutical companies are! How do you void the remainder of a patients prescription when it has been written by a attending Physician! They assume everyone is on drugs and abusing their medicine. This Pharmacist literally gave me 1 spoon of medicine. I am a cancer patient, on dialysis 3 times a week and taking chemotherapy . This is unfair and wrong

Wow, just wow. Consistently a hot mess at this pharmacy - Every. Single. Time. I only use Walgreens because my insurance dictates it. Ugh! If you receive a call that your prescription is ready, then there is a 50% chance it's actually not ready and will be filled when you show up while you wait. Do NOT use the drive-thru even if there's no line, unless you feel like waiting a LONG time.

Horribly disorganized. Amazingly rude. Terrible customer service. Took forever to input all my info that I already input online. Pharmacist spoke rudely about me within my hearing distance...doesn't seem to care. I'm getting vaccines for international travel--hope she doesn't hack me up with the shots. Won't be back.

Went to drive thru to pick up a prescription they texted me to say it was ready. Clerk took 5 minutes to appear at window only to say she'd be back in a minute. 9 minutes later she reappeared. I waited another 10 minutes after that.

The gauntlet of homeless people outside? The lack of masks as a sign of concern or cleanliness? or the 30 minute wait while they look for the misfiled prescriptions? Perhaps the Press-Ganey Survey smile, that makes the staff think they are invisible as they walk away? The Pharmacy is in the back, like the milk and eggs at the grocery , because they only use it to get you to walk past the things they would rather sell. Pharmacy is understaffed, under resourced, under trained and disorganized. Check your items carefully, it's a long trip through the line to get things sorted out after you leave the window. Vending machines work better, and care more, which seems to be what they are trying to tell you. Phone IVR is a failure. Times out and you end up needing to talk to staff anyway. Phone will spam you with promotions, if you give them your number.

Clean and well-kept. Prices are touch on the higher side. I would rush in if you need anything and don't have time to price shop.
