This place is the biggest joke, do not go there and Waste your time with inconsiderate employees, who are intentionally slow at the register, with managers who are disrespectful and follow people around. I guess they think everybody's stealing. And when I ask if I can get some help those same managers disappear like cockroaches when the lights turn on. The entire structure is trash. From the GM all the way down to the stockers. The pharmacy is also trash. You might be able to get a very common drug there and it won't be very expensive. But if you need anything that is semi-uncommon, you will not be able to get it. My mother is diabetic, she can no longer get her insulin there nor do they have the syringes she needs at any time. Just go to CVS or Walmart or anywhere else. Do not spend your money at Walgreens at Northwest Highway and lemon they are trash Dookie..

Showed up at 11:45pm as I had an emergency... store was closed early.. Levon/lefon/ whatever her name is (manager on duty) said there was nothing she could do as all registers were closed.. cause they were pulled way before their due time ... yet your closing signs says 12... she seemed very proud, great management Walgreens Might as well fix those store hours labels outside to 11:30 closing time

I wish I could give 0 stars. They never get my prescription correct or on time. There is never anyone in the store. It's just really horrible.

I went to buy body wash and I was using a paper coupon of the website of the body wash and the coupon clearly says " no more than 2 identical coupons for same product in the same day " . The lady said we can't use it because it had the same numbers . They didn't take the coupon but yet I've been to other Walgreens and didn't have any complications with the coupon. They lost my service and never going back.

The worst store I've ever worked in. Manager there was a practical fool. Unhelpful starred me down almost the whole time I was in there working. While she STARRED at me like a childish person. With a terrible attitude. A word of advice, manager or whatever you call your self you might want to get another job somewhere else. It doesn't look good you are embarrassing.

Could not go into the store without a mask. Coronavirus has killed .024% of Sweden's population...and they have not even been on lockdown. The USA? .012% Walgreens should know better than to fall for the exaggerated media/political narrative. The hysteria right now is difficult to believe. I thought Texas would be different...braver...guess not.

By far the worse service I have EVER received. This store is always full inside and outside. Even when it's not full, average wait time outside with 4 cars waiting is 45 to an hour. (In the drive though). Every single person working inside of the pharmacy has the worst attitude towards anybody. This store has been this way since I moved here six years ago.

The customer service at this location is terrible. I went in to pick up some Fed Ex boxes, each weighing 50 pounds. No assistance was offered in helping me with these boxes. I asked for a dolly and the manager brought one over and handed it to me! Thankfully a nice customer offered to help me move the items to my car. The manager should be ashamed and Fed Ex should be embarrassed to have their name represented by such a person.

Over the past two weeks, I have been very ill, and had much time to observe the Walgreens Pharmacy on West Northwest Highway. Those poor people are run ragged. I find it Criminal the pressure under which they are placed. That whole scene is a tragedy looking for a place to happen. One mistake and someone could easily die. Speaking of which, I nearly did. I went in to have my blood pressure checked & was told to get in line because the pharmacist has to check my blood pressure. Instead I went straight to the emergency room. My blood pressure was 201/125. Emmy, the store mgr, is full of excuses, they don't have the budget, etc. I asked him why he wasn't back there helping yesterday at 5:00 when the pharmacy was out of control. He said he had to go somewhere. When and it is a matter of when, there is an accident and it cost someone their health or their life, Walgreens will be held responsible. And as far as I am concerned, the store manager who fails to help when he could and he should. The cross training process was explained to me Etc and it takes some six months. My question is this is not a new issue, why are you just now cross training two people? I will continue to have my prescriptions filled at this neighborhood Walgreens. And I will continue to monitor the situation. If you don't have to use Walgreens Pharmacy, I suggest you don't. It is absolutely ridiculous this.
