The employees here are horrible. The older black lady is one of the worst. She's always in a bad mood, I'm a frequent shopper here and every time she's at check out I dread having her check me out. She always has this stank face, never says hello. And if I even dare to use any coupons THAT Walgreens provides she throws a fit every time. Went in there today and she refused to let me use a coupon I clipped from the Walgreens website. Apparently she said I couldn't use it even though it clearer says you can. Anyways I asked to talk to the manager about it and the older, tall, white man said I couldn't use it as well. I have never had a problem with being able to use my Walgreens coupons in any other store. The employees here just seem to not care at all. They all have shitty attitudes like it's the customers fault that they work there. I will never come back to this store again. I'd rather spend my money where it's valued.

Wait times for scripts are outrageous, staff is completely indifferent to their customers needs, just awful customer service all around

This pharmacy is the worst! I have had my dr send my prescriptions there so many times to the point that she refuses to send to them! They always say they didn't receive and then months later say that they did receive but is expired. I love the regular staff, the actual pharmacy should be shut down! It's ridiculous af!

Have been trying to take a Covid test for the past week and the store keeps randomly closing! Just went yesterday and they tell me the associate that does the testing isn't at work and to come back tomorrow. Well that's today and something tells me to go online first and I see they have closed again! I need a negative test to go back to work and I'm losing money! This is ridiculous!!! I'm never shopping at Walgreens again! You are unreliable and are wasting people's time driving in the snow and risking my life for nothing! Do better Walgreens! Oh, and when my last test was scheduled, no one called or sent any emails about rescheduling! I had to do it on my own!

The pharmacy drive thru is absolutely horrible. I have waiting over 45mins in the past but today I have been in the line for over an hr. No way from me to get out of the line. This is by far is the worst experience. No one should have to wait this long 7:59pm

HORRIBLE!!! Walgreens pharmacy you will sit 20 minutes if not more in Drive-thru if you need meds just die. Because your going to wait no matter what time it hour or day. They don't even come to the mic and say hello be will be with you shortly or thank you for waiting nothing. Please don't think going inside makes a different because its just as slow they are however a little more nice.i just dont understand how hard it is to give someone a prescription. It's crazy

Honestly the worst place! Form buying a card or make up, to picking up your medicine! I've come here many times by mistake, when I'm sick and I just say yes the Walgreens on wheatland. But I'm thinking cedar ridge and wheatland.. I've been here at all time of the day, from middle of the night, early in the am and mid day, around 7 pm. All have been horrible customer service, I understand there might be some rude but don't let the next nice person have the bad vibe you received from the previous.. Everyone is going through something. And I do not recommend this store!
