The experience I had with Westside was the worst one I have ever had with a retailer and the main reason was bc of one of their sales guys John. He has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! We spent thousands of dollars here but honestly, it shouldn't matter how much we spent. Good customer service should be given to everyone. It all began going downhill when he ordered the wrong color for us, then told us we would be charged a restocking fee. It was never clear how much that fee was going to be. We were told 10%, 15%, and 25-30%. It ended up being 20%. Whatever the fee, why should we have to pay it if he ordered the wrong color? Then when we re-ordered the parts it took literally months to get them. I understand supply chain issues but he never even called us with updates. We had to contact him to try and get an update. He wouldn't return phone calls and would respond to emails a week late. When items were delivered to the warehouse, I had to go pick them up even though he said they would deliver. Then one of the items was defective and once again it took 1.5 months to 2 months to get the replacement. Again no updates at all. One day my contractor called him and asked if the part came in and he said 'oh yeah, it's here". Then we had to go pick it up. This is just a brief summary of some of the crap that happened with this guy. And to make matters worse, any communication I had with him was always rude, and condescending. I really don't know how this guy does any business. Stay clear of this place, you may have to deal with him if you go there.

BUYER BEWARE: If you expect a company to stand by their word and/or products... RUN. We performed a multi-million dollar remodel on our home spending a significant amount of money with Westside. After almost 2 years of trying to get faulty hardware replaced with employees of Westside, our builder finally was able to get Alan Fishman (Owner) to visit our home to inspect our issues. He readily agreed that 4 of our door handles were faulty and attempted to place blame on the fifth to the steel door install, (door has not been operable for 1.5 years) claimed handle broke due to a stiff steel door (I do not agree), however, he still agreed to replace all 5 and would be in-touch when they were available as supply chains are still strained..After a few months our builder reached out regarding status and he replied with some texts that contained lies, unprofessionalism, arrogance, and were downright rude. Mr. Fishman claimed he "texted" me and I didn't respond - so he sent them back?Actual text: Hey Ryan (builder)I reached out twice with no responseSo all was sent backI can reorder butInstead of no charge favorsWestside has costAnd I’ll see what that wasApprox 5-600.00Let me know when or if I should reorderAlanOur records show 0 texts. Replacing faulty merchandise after 1.5 years+ of attempts is not a "favor".QUESTIONS? So he orders replacement parts... claims he sends 2 texts... then sends them back? He could have called us? He could have called/texted the builder? He could have left a voicemail? He just sent them back!? He wants to now charge full price?Mr. Fishman knows he didn't text, call, or attempt to notify - he knows this because I believe he never ordered or intended to make anything right.After reviewing some other online reviews (see Yelp) on Westside and Mr. Fishman - this is just who he is. BUYER BEWARE... if all goes well you're probably ok? If you need a company to stand by their overpriced merchandise... you're on your own. Mr. Fishman will pretend to address an issue, make the problem your fault, then chastise you to save a buck.I'll end this review with a simple line from Mr. Fishman's text to me and our builder: "I expected way more from a great business man like you.."So did we Alan Fishman... so did we.

I am here in there showroom looking for a faucet & not a single person approached me or offered assistance. I am needing a faucet to redesign a friends kitchen but as I am approaching anyone they get on the phone and seem to be “busy”. Haha what a joke, lost my business. -1/5 would not recommend(Update: I purchased my faucet from a showroom down the street called bentwood, I would suggest going there rather then this horrendous place)

Terrible store with no prices on anything. Walked around and no employees said anything to me so I ended up walking out without making a purchase. Didn't notice anything too fantastic that isn't in every other store. Was hoping this would be decent since it's right by my house.

We are doing a big renovation project and went in feeing some decision fatigue and frustration, then we met Melissa! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and so competent that we left feeling excited about the project again. What a gift! Their prices are competitive and the showroom is excellent, but Melissa’s help made this stop priceless!

Alan and David are the best! I am not good at picking anything out and Alan made it easy. Best of all, I did not have to worry about my order at all. Everything was there promptly and accurately. Not to mention the highest quality available. If you need to remodel, this is the place for your kitchen and bath, even if you live in the burbs!
