The service is always awful, but I return thinking I'll have a different experience. This has to be the slowest Whataburger is Texas. 20 minutes for cold food.

Don’t ask for a half and half drink - they’ll absolutely refuse. Think it’s harder to make the food than honor that small request, but OK. Half sweet, half unsweet tea - never been an issue at any location I’ve ever been to. But here … like a Herculean request.

Spicy Chicken sandwich Rating:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?Overall Rating: ⭐I recently visited the Whataburger on Haskell Ave in Uptown Dallas, drawn in by the buzz around Whataburgers new spicy chicken sandwich. While the sandwich lived up to the hype with its perfect blend of heat and flavor, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Despite arriving before closing time, the staff's demeanor was unwelcoming, to say the least. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism, with employees raising their voices and displaying an almost bullying attitude towards late-night customers. It's disheartening to see such behavior, especially when the doors are still open to patrons. This isn't the first time I've encountered this kind of service in the area, and it's extremely disappointing. While the food might be a hit, the customer experience certainly isn't.

Worst whataburger in Texas. Do not go here unless you wnat to be treated rudely and your food thrown at you through your window. I pulled up with one car in the line and it took 30 min to get my food. My food was cold when I checked it. I was told to pull forward and waited for 10 minutes. Server came out and dropped the bag of food in my car and the server walked off. The worst of the worst no pride very ghetto. Had multiple problems with this one. Stay away.

They got the order correct. Closing a business is demanding and leaves me ready for good tasting meal. Chicken strips were perfect.?♀️??Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu.
