Just ordered some tenders for the first time via online/curbside. First off the curbside order was not on time due to the food still cooking but unfortunately my food was still cold once I arrived to medical city spine which is about 2 min away from the whataburger location. Tenders where a little warm almost cold and the bread was cold also. Tenders also were overcooked.

Paid more than $10 for an ice cold burger and fries. Not warm; ice cold, and inedible. I asked them to give $10 worth of food to someone who looked like they could use a HOT meal, because I'm never going back to this store. I don't need perfection. But the food should be edible.

Tried the taquito with egg, bacon and cheese. It was ok but the hash browns were cold and hard.

Short lunch time drive thruu mobile order. People were friendly. Food was hot ND shake was made right when I pulled up!

Love Whataburger. Bad atmosphere though when you see corporate people railing the managercthe whole time you are trying to enjoy a meal.

Whata Burger is also very famous, so I went there for a meal. I added jalapenos to the avocado bacon burger, and it tasted different because it was a toast bun rather than the usual burger bun. It's fresh and good!

The lines are always long but that's EVERY whataburger so it's okay.

I don't get their reason behind their actions but it's intentional. For some reason everytime my Wife orders food here and I come to pick it up the length of the wait gets longer and longer. Mind you I stay only 5 min from here.I arrived right before 8pm(7:59pm) and checked the arrived around 8:04pm the short dark skinned girl comes out with our two drinks and states that they're still working on your food. I wait 10 min and start taking pictures for my review because the service is just terrible. Every time I come here the wait is longer and longer, busy or not.Around 8:23pm I go in and ask for a refund because I'm tired of waiting. The short light skin girl with what looked like short hair says that she doesn't know how to do returns. She then says that she will have to ask her manager, walks back for like a second. Not even out of my sight she puts the phone to her head and starts to pretend to be on the phone with the manager and says "she says you'll have to do the return on the app then you'll get your money back". This is beyond comical, the nerve of people. I held back from how ridiculous this situation was and said OK. Walked outside to get myself together and walked back inside. I asked that same girl, "can you check to see if that order is mine?". They had just finished LAUGHING, she asked me what is the name on the order. I said Ariel and received the bag. So now it's 8:28pm and the order is COLD and the burger for my Wife is completely wrong.When I got home my Wife called up there. That same girl who lied about the manager answered the phone and non shalantly stated "OK, well when you do come bring the receipt"Worst Whataburger experience ever. Mind you this is a time where they aren't busy at all, but still went out of there way to treat someone the worst they can while maintaining a job they don't deserve. Find better workers, hopefully someone who understands the privilege.I we won't come back. We just want our $27 back ? I went to the corporate website and reported this location as well. They really just need a new staff or replace them with robots already. Smh

I overall love Whataburger, but $3 for a brownie that is significantly smaller than they used to be is not acceptable
