Be very wary of doing business with this company. I bought reconditioned wheels and sent my old wheels back via their pre-printed labels for core charge. They received the wheels but have never paid me. Have repeatedly given me the runaround, "checking with accounting." I think this is part of their business strategy. There's a word for taking things without paying...

I purchased a replica wheel for my 2017 Mercedes S550 from these folks. Cosmetically the wheel was great and I had the tire mounted. When I attempted to mount the new wheel on the car, the factory lug bolts would not tighten the wheel to the hub. The inside mating flange on new wheel is 3/16 to 1/4” shorter than my factory wheel resulting in bolts bottoming in hub without securing wheel. The car does not have a spare and I was able to fix my immediate problem with a shorter set of bolts. This workaround results in a wheel offset error. I immediately reported the defect to the Dallas store and after calls and Emails with pictures, they refused to allow a return or exchange for the correct wheel. This not a cosmetic complaint, and I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and warranty that the purchase was suppose to be backed. They basically told me since I had “used” wheel, they would not do anything……photos and correspondence letters to them are available on request.

Not sure what has happened to this group....they used to never miss on anything and were very helpful and courtesy like I would expect from a business that I have been dealing with for almost 25 years. Just got off the phone with someone in the Dallas location that sensing my frustration in their dropping the ball on a rim order (crack repair which is un acceptable in a replacement and poorly boxed so damaged on the face in shipping making un useable even if it weren't a crack repaired rim) literally told me to keep my frustration to myself, frustration that he created. I can deal with a lot in business but refuse to tolerate anyone that is flip and arrogant to me. I am done with this group, they have obviously gotten too big and have way to many employees that think they can do or say whatever they want without repercussion.

Nothing but thieves! This company agreed to purchase my factory wheels at a fraction of what they cost, then when receiving them decided to refuse the deal. Wheels and lugs were taken out of the boxes I used then repackaged with different boxes with hardly any packing material and without the lugnuts. After calling customer service back addressing the problem the rep called me a liar and told me not to call back. Would give negative stars if possible. Better Business Bureau rating is a (F-!!!) Do not buy from!!

Get this... I sent them my AMG wheels for repair (minor) and resale, and they have not yet send me the check. I send the wheels on June 2nd -- almost 60 days ago. $140 down the drain. Next stop, BBB.

Terrible quality from workmanship to customer service, it was all sub-par. They quote the cheapest parts to collision centers cornering the market because insurance only wants to pay for the most cost-effective price available. If you order one of their wheels, they confirm color code and size. If they send it wrong to you, you still have to pay for them to restock it. I don't know a business model that works like this where they have the customer keep some skin in the game for their poor order taking skills. Their "customer service rep" handling the incoming phone calls answered the phone with a chip on her shoulder (probably because I'm not the first call of this nature and she is tired of taking the brunt, even though I was calm and collected) and transferred me to the manager on my request. Only escalating because she repeated the same answers to my questions as if she was doing what the teleprompter said. The manager couldn't make monetary decisions over their product and crediting purchases. He did nothing to add value to why I should continue business with them.You pay for their mess up.The quality is poor.Its the cheapest option for a reason.The manager has to answer to the owner that directs him to made shady business decisions. No way I would trust that they would send back better quality or handle the refund timely or properly.Steer clear, spend the money on a better product and experience.

If you want a job done right, do it yourself, this place is fine if you have a shady used car lot and you want to get the wheels done, if you are restoring the wheels for a classic car, don't go here.

A few days after ordering, I started to get nervous about not hearing anything. Left a VM and I received an email immediately. What I did not know is, wheels are sent off to be polished after ordering. They were rush delivered after that. Maybe 6-7 days total. I ordered 2. Both are beautiful. Sadie with customer service was awesome in communication and addressing concerns.

I did a drive by and spoke with the powers to be. Instructed to drop my vehicle off by 4pm and they had my wheels ready by 10am the next day. Nice diversified crew. Highly recommended for any car. Beautifuljob..

Great Experience. I had to sell my wheels and contacted them. They asked me to send some photos. After sending the photos, they gave me a quote which I accepted. I dropped off the wheels on a Tuesday and they said they will have the check ready by Friday.I had the check in hand on Saturday.Overall very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions.
