I went into this location to buy a last minute work outfit. I am visiting my corporate office from out of town and needed something a little more business attire. The ladies never acknowledged me, even after one employee walked right by me. To top that off, another client walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered assistance. Unbelievably rude. I have never experienced this sort treatment even at higher end retailers. Unacceptable WHBM!!!!

Probably the worst shopping experience ever. Three women working in the store. No one asked me if I need any help. No one asked if I want to try on the clothes that I'm carrying around. I finally just walked over and put them in a dressing room. No one asked if they could find me a size. One nice lady at the register, Rebecca, said 'hello' and said 'have a nice day' when I left. What are these women doing in the store if they aren't there to help you and make you feel welcome?!

Manager is horrible RACIST ATROCIOUS HUMAN. She did everything in her power to remove me from the store. Her racism was so obvious that even a costumer took pity and helped us out. I went in to return some ripped leggings and as I was trying them on i overheard her tell the employee helping me to NOT help me. Not only that, she didn't even want to give me a the bag I had my belongings in. I have never meet such a GRINCH of a person with so much hatred in her heart. Im only writing this to let HER KNOW that she will never have great things coming toward her bc of the energy she puts out. Being racist in this time is just EMBARRASSING. How little minded do you have to be to discriminate on another human being ? I hope she is removed for SHAMING such a great brand.

I absolutely love this chain, and I buy a ton of clothes from here (I'm at the highest level of their rewards program) and I've never had a bad experience until now. Christina was wonderful, Ashley was wonderful, and when I got to the register, Moni was really rude. I ended up walking out of the store. The company replied to me but didn't tell me how to reach out to them about this. I'm not calling that store.

This review is not intended for staff. They get 5 stars as they tried to be helpful and were very kind. The one star is due to the company not selling anything higher than a size 14 in the store. This is crazy making. It boggles my mind that companies do this. I would bet that competing mens stores sell a much larger equivalent. Additionally, their website lists sizes 16 and 18 but neglects mentioning that these sizes are not available in store.

I came in looking for a Thanksgiving outfit and had no idea what I was looking for. Lauren was very quick to help me find an outfit that fit my style. Lauren and another lady continued to pick out items so I could find something that I liked. I ended but finding an outfit that I really love. :)

Preston and forest location in Dallas has the best employees!! They always remember my name are so friendly and helpful abd go above and beyond to help me!! WHBM is very lucky to have them on your team!! Kudos to Robin and Ashley!!

To say my experience at this store was disappointing is an understatement. I live in Plano but don't like the vibe there so have always shopped at Royal Lane....typically with great service. Yesterday i was in a hurry and specifically wanted to just try a COUPLE of things i had seen online. The Asian manager was into "high pressure" mode and was "coaching" some new employees on how to sell. She immediately threw at least 10 more items in my room that i didn't want to try nor cared for...and proceeded to tell me what would look great on my upcoming Italy trip. The stuff she brought might look great on her body but not mine. AFTER politely saying i wasn't interested in trying the countless items she stuck in my room she continued to pull merchandise and push. The "newer " people she coached to help me were much more reasonable and kind. They could tell i was irritated as she scurried around collecting more stuff and not clueing in to the customers needs/wants. I am a silver WHBM customer (for years) and know the drill. I like to go try things on i see online as many times in person they don't look/feel/fit the same. I walked out with nothing (intending to buy two pairs of jeans i loved) but was disgusted and decided i will buy them online. This manager has been there for years and needs to read her customers better! Ill look for Denise there in the future, she's great but part time i think.
