I had to come here with a sick pup 30 minutes until they closed. They took in my puppy last minute and treated her with the utmost care. They provided me with all the medicine she needed to get better and the whole process was very quick and efficient, so I could get my puppy home to rest. I will be back here if anything comes up again! I appreciated the front desk associate as well as the doctor who provided great and fast service. Thank you all for treating my puppy!

I love this Vet! Dr. Hawthorne treated our dog for paraphimosis and did an amazing job. We were so terrified and his staff took one look at our dog and immediately took action. Considering how amazing they took care of him, the cost was super reasonable. I have never been so happy with a Vet, staff and how clean his place is. Dont think twice bring your pets here!!!

Absolutely love this place. No appointments, just come in and they'll take care of your fur babies. And the care they give is top notch. I wish other vets would take a page out of their book instead of having people booked out weeks in advance.

? If you are looking for an amazing vet, we recommend Dr. Hawthorne at White Rock Animal Hospital. He has compassionately navigated us through the passing of 2 of our beloved labs and literally saved our “counter surfing” lab puppies from an accidental overdose. We will be forever grateful and know our fur babies are in the best hands.

My dog Elvis has Addison disease & needs a shot every 28 days to live. I was to give him the shot at home. I buy the meds on line to save money. The vet now gives him the shot for me after he tried to bite me out of fear. He’s a 100 pound German shepherd Husky mix. We go monthly & in & out in 5 minutes. I’m forever grateful for the help & Dr Williams figured out that he has this disease when he almost died very quickly. So grateful to Dr Patricia Williams, her knowledge is so valuable. She is caring & experienced. And her assistant Connie is awesome with Elvis.

Dr. Hawthorne is a rock star - and he does beautiful surgery. Our Shihtzu had a fast- growing tumor on top of his head coming down toward his ear that seemed overnight the size of a peach. Dr. Hawthorne got us through the tests (benign) and was able to excise all of it. He is the real thing, with the confidence, depth of experience and expertise to truly have a general practice that isn’t a referral service to speciality vets. The vet in Virginia wanted both a surgery AND oncology consult and scan to even do a biopsy and I wasn’t going to go from vet to vet while the tumor was growing daily. We came back from Virginia to Dr. Hawthorne and knew as soon as we walked into his office again (after a year away) I’d done the right thing regardless of the outcome. His practice is entirely walk-in, which I’d never encountered but turned out to be a breeze. He examined Perry, he actually gave us an opinion about what he thought he would find (he was right) did a biopsy in his office, we got the results (benign), he operated, he got all of it and took out the stitches ten days later. I expected cost to be $3,500 - $6,000 + but for everything (biopsy, labs, anesthesia, meds, surgery) it was under $2,000. He is direct and goes into as much detail as you want and is actually quite imposing physically but in scrubs with a little dog tucked under his arm his presence is reassuring. He was born to take care of and heal animals, and he makes the world a better place doing it.

I can't say it enough how amazing this vet is. We needed to get our Doberman spayed and many vets wouldn't touch her or they would charge $2,000+ due to the blood clotting issue known found in some Dobermans. I contacted WRAH and they were very helpful by informing us about how rare this condition really is and assured us it shouldn't be an issue. When we picked her up post surgery Cindy and Dr Bob were both there for aftercare advice and they really made us feel like we weren't just another patient. Cindy is very kind and has your best interesThey all have hearts of gold and are very considerate about the patient and owner. My gf left practically in tears overwhelmed by how special this place is.
