Where do I start employee are bad at you from the start cause of policies and sales Whole Foods has at you like beer you can drink while you shop not costumer fault management follow you if you are buying but homeless can beg you if they want employees will tell you and get mad at you for being there Ron AST will follow you bartender will get mad at you for paying for stuff if you have beer that they allow you to buy and drink at the bar and you're paying

I recently visited the Park Lane location on 2/19. I usually go to the one on Abrams but decided on this one for some odd reason. I’ve never had any issues with freshness. But I bought 5 of the Snap Kitchen meals and some cut up fresh fruit. This particular Snap Kitchen meal was the Bison and Quinoa. Took it to work with me the next day for lunch and it was the worst thing I ever smelled. Rancid and putrid. So obviously I threw it away. The consume by date was 3 days away so I thought nothing of it. Needless to say, not willing to risk eating something bad I threw the others away as well. At $12 a pop i shouldn’t have to worry about that.

The store is fine, but I called in asking how late the meat department is open as many grocery stores don’t have their butcher open until close. The lady that answered the phone, clearly annoyed by my question, patronizingly answered me with the overall store closing time and just hung up on me while I was still talking. I was very polite to her, why responding in kind was so difficult for her is beyond me. Not the customer service you expect from any establishment.

Consistently has a half empty hot bar. Poor selection of vegan offerings in the hot bar and bakery section. I'm always disappointed when I come here, it's really bad. Don't have this experience at other Whole Foods. Not sure why I struggle to learn my lesson at this one.

Whole foods on park lane( is using the power of deception because hiring blacks as undercover will not raise any red flags if you're white because we doubt their honesty) becoming fortified with under cover theft prevention force , today i encountered 2 black guys ( photos)and a black mid aged black women that followed and harassed me shopping made me very uncomfortable ! I don't need this ! I'm not shopping there no more !

The water refill is good but staff harassed me as I went through self checkout, it was an older white female who approached me and yelled, "you need to pay for that!" And told me to come to her cash register. If you could ask your staff not to harass customers going through self checkout that would be great, it seems like a systemic issue at Whole Foods.

Hot and cold pre-prepared meals as well as a full organic grocery/market with bakery, seafood and meat. Get your water de-ionized, ph enhanced or Reverse-Osmosis enhanced as well as a coffee bar. Plenty of choice and a great place to shop for your groceries.

I tried to purchase some frozen fruit that had a "sale" sign on it at the front of the store. When I scanned it, the price was double the advertised price on the signage. A very helpful young African American woman assisted me. However, she discovered the same discrepancy, so she escalated to customer service.I am in this store at least once a week. This young whyte woman is the rudest employee I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. She completely ignored my questions and made no attempt to explain her actions. She walked around me three 3x while she was still unable to address the price issue. I made my purchases and left the store.The young African American woman apologized for the inconvenience. The person from customer (no)service disappeared without ever saying a word, although it was clear that I had waited no fewer than 10 minutes for a response to the price discrepancy issue.I hope she will be gone by my next return...tomorrow!

Last night i visited the cheese case around 8ish. I was looking for the 4?chile Gouda and some mozzarella. There was one other woman of European descent there before me. I took the liberty of trying to find my items while listening to the young lady behind the counter acknowledge and offer help. Having some trouble i waiting for her to offer me the same help….. another customer male of European descent walked up and was offered help and he refused as well. I circled the case and still couldn’t find my items. Just then another gentleman joined her behind the counter and I went un acknowledged again. Left without finishing my grocery list. I tolerate the “why are you shopping here looks” to be ignored sucks
