Whole foods is typically consistent but I felt compelled to leave a review after this visit. The store itself was fine, but I had looked online for a couple of items and have screenshots that those items were in stock at this store. I immediately visited after that confirmation only to have those items and many more sold out. I also confirmed that there was not more in the back or a shipment to be unloaded. I am not sure where the responsibility lies in the inaccuracy of the online stock information, but this was extremely frustrating. I guess my advice would be to order online and wait instead of trying to get anything the same day.

The cashiers seemed relaxed as they assisted customers, not anxious, hot and bothered.

I was in the vicinity and decided to stop in to look for a product that I had seen on TV. I saw a story on these paper sheets called "Fresh Paper" that you put in your fruit/vegetable bins to help keep produce last longer. In the piece it said they can be purchased on-line or at Whole Foods. I looked all over in the produce department before asking for help from a store associate. One guy took me over to another guy and he searched in earnest to find these but to no avail. He looked up the product on his phone and showed me the picture of it and I confirmed that's what I was looking for. He left for a few minutes and when he returned he apologized and said that they are probably hanging on a display on some random aisle and if he found them he would try and find me in the store. What impressed me was how sincere and caring he was. I wish I'd gotten his name because he was awesome! I have to add that the bake at home scones are amaaaazing! I baked them in my air fry oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (I flipped them over at 15 minutes) and every surface is perfectly browned and crispy yet the inside is fluffy. I will definitely be buying these again!

Do not go here. The employees are rude and incompetent. The deli food portions are extremely small and overpriced and the selection is terrible.

This store used to be the best. Customer service has dropped off aubstantially. No smiles and friendly welcomes. Juice bar closed for years, then opened a couple months ago for what seemed like a half second, then closed again. Cakes and pastries used to be best in the area, Now the offering is kind of a joke. Sadcto see a once great store go downhill so fast...seems like they are just giving up...wouldnt be surprised to hear they are closing/moving soon

I never stop at this Whole Foods but was in the area and it was lunchtime. I have always enjoyed the hot bar selections but not here. I second-guessed myself the entire time I was filling my bowl and totally regretted it. However, I felt obligated to purchase it because I didn't want it to go to waste and for WF to lose money. The dried-out enchiladas with no flavor that looked like they'd been sitting there for hours (this was literally 12:30), dry mashed potatoes, and a small piece of dried-up brown gravy meatloaf that had no gravy, cost me over $19.00.I'm back at work and threw it away - what a waste of money today and I have no lunch.Lastly, before I went to the hot bar, I stood at the pizza counter first and was ignored for close to 3 minutes before I walked away. Not one person at the sandwich counter turned their head to the right, offered to find someone, nada...worst customer service ever.

Store is nice, selection is very limited. Seems like there are a lot of robberies in at this intersection, as in peeps being held up at their cars. The Park Lane store is a much better Whole Foods. This store is OK in a pinch.

An old female African American Amazon return clerk here was grossly incompetent. Even though she accepted my return and scanned my QR code, Amazon claims that this return was never received and refused to issue my refund a month after the fact. You are better off using the automatic kiosk for your returns than this failure of an Amazon worker.

Avoid like the plague go to central market instead! Butcher shop has meat that is clearly bad and I'm not talking about a few cuts I'm talking about the majority of it. The ground beef is dark brown, the steaks have a maroon color and some look aged without being aged and the chicken looks like it's specially flavored in salmonella. The butcher acknowledged the fridge is actually not functioning properly but told me not to worry because the meat is "still before it's expiry date". The butcher is also super hostile. Stay away from this place

Entire store is very sparsely stocked. Entire areas empty. Looks like a discount food store or a Tom Thumb at best. Makes me leery of freshness. I had a girl bag two loaves of bread (of the four available) and they were hard as rocks. I'll never be back here again. Also it's very loud and I have no idea why. You can't hear anyone in the store who works there. I'm not old lol maybe it was a bad AC unit.

We've been going to this location for years because it offers a wider selection of quality products than other Whole Foods markets. For example, the variety of fresh sea food with exotic dishes I didn't know existed. And you can choose from an amazingly large array of cheeses. And the staff is among the friendliest compared to other markets, including those run by WF.I'm not expecting this to happen now, but about a decade ago my wife and I were trying to decide which tomato sauce to purchase. We had one in mind, but we're sure. The WF team member noticed our dilemma, surprising us with this offer: "Let's open the one you're interested in, so you can taste it and decide." Yes, we liked it and bought it. But I'd be surprised if the current culture encouraged this.

This is a larger store and has an upstairs dining area. It is a Whole Foods so you likely know what to expect if you have been to another location. However, since this is a slightly larger store, you will find a few more SKUs including a small clothing section.
