I had a wonderful experience with every worker while I was there + I love the new cute clothes I got!I tried a new pay in installments thing called “Zip” that they were advertising, but when I used it to check out, it took the money from my account but didn’t work on their side. There was lots of confusion and lots of calls to their higher up management. During this whole ordeal, the manager and the worker at the cashier were helping me the entire time, they were telling me what steps they were taking and what we could do to find a solution to a unique and annoying problem. The manager called corporate for me and helped figure everything out.During that time, since it was taking so long to figure out, I ended up getting symptoms of about to pass out. I was getting nauseous, my ears started to cut sound out, and black spots were popping up in my eyes, I could barely stand. I asked if I could sit down anywhere but they had no seats and directed me to the nearest shelf I could sit down on and the manager immediately got me water.I honestly am so glad that they were there during this whole problem. They helped figure everything out and helped me get my health back to normal.Unrelated to that experience, but the girl working the dressing room was also so sweet! Making small talk with me and letting me take in all the clothes to try on.All the girls working there are so wonderful and it’s just an addition the cute clothes they sell as well :-)

During the weekend I came to shop for a dress with my boyfriend. I asked for help and nobody assisted me, until I asked again for someone to lead me to a fitting room. When I entered the fitting room my boyfriend was waiting for me outside, which then was when the employees wanted to be chatty. It’s not like this employee was asking him what we needed she started talking to him about her personal life and even offer him her socials. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience, please resolve this appropriately and talk to Noeimy. As for the manager, I tried contacting her and I still have not gotten a response. This place is unprofessional.

Essence is the best worker here. She helped me find my perfect dress for my work event. She kept bringing me new options that I loved. I will always be coming back here to see her.

Essence was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me & my friends find a dress for our work party! She knew the products that were on hand and was able to find me a dress that i did not even see while looking. Great stylist & very personable! Couldn’t recommend shopping with her enough.

Came into the store yesterday to return an item with tags attached within the return time period. Apparently the dress was a special occasion item but no one had notified me that it was final sale upon purchasing. While trying to return the employee or “manager” named Essence verbally screamed at me across the counter saying I was unable to return the item. She was incredibly rude and I almost burst into tears because of how loudly she yelled at me and her attitude. She argued with me and accused me of lying about not being told the item was final sale. Honestly have never been treated so horribly at a retail store and would have been fine with not returning the item had she been professional about it. I contacted customer service and the distract store manager to let them know and was able to return the item at a different location. Long story short, I would not go in here unless you want to be verbally and emotionally abused.

I had a horrible experience at this store Windsor Dallas Galleria! I would like to return all of my items as your staff was very rude and I will not be shopping with you ever again. I have spent thousands with Windsor and have never returned anything. It does not say anything about not returning a hat on the receipt policy. Essence was rude, unpleasant and hostile. She did not want to admit that she was wrong and refused to give me my money back. The other employee rolled her eyes at me as I tried to be professional as possible. Essence threatened to call security when she clearly was the one being aggressive before I even walked to the counter. This is horrible customer service from a store I once loved. I would like all of my money back for the inconvenience and embarrassment that this caused me. My transaction number is 288510. Sale number 47704. I will mail all the items back and I would like a full refund. Please train your staff on proper customer service and how to read. The staff is basically making up their own policies and that is unfair and unprofessional. Please have someone of importance contact me immediately! If I don’t get my money back I Will be pursuing legal action!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I came in looking for a dress and proceeded to the checkout line. I saw that it wasn't the right line so I went to the correct one. I see 2 people get in the previous line I was in (that wasn't the right one) and what looks like the manager lets them go before me... and I wasn't too upset I just got behind them because I guess there's no right line?? The manager was a joke. She practically yells at me and says that's not the line that's not the line! Umm??? But she let those other 2 people go in front of me and when I told her I've been waiting in line for a good 49 minutes for 1 thing & you let these other people go first??! She gives me an attitude, hands down worst customer experience ever & I just ignore her after that. Just a complete joke at that point. Won't be coming back it's overpriced and people just use & return these clothes so they're not even 100% new.

I am giving this location 5 stars because of what I witnessed last night. The manager - tall girl with glasses - was approached by a woman that was speaking VERY nasty to her. The manager handled it with grace. I even asked the cashier if there was someone else that could help her because the lady was being outrageous with the manager. The ladies thwork at this location are nice and don't deserve such treatment.
