I called in today just to get some general pricing for an item I was needing for a job. When I called in, I spoke to a charismatic gentleman named Fred. Fred was so helpful & answered all my questions. Aside from that he chatted with me for a few minutes and honestly he had me laughing. It feels good to know that there are people out here just trying to put a smile on someones face not even knowing who they are. Everyone needs a Fred in their place of business.
