Personally, it was a nice experience to see my children lose their fear of water thanks to the coach for having the patience to teach them how to float and stay safe in the water.

Didn't use gym but I spent two months trying to get refund of $160 in parking tickets after using their garage for a job interview and meeting for the youth camps. I followed the Y's instructions for parking but was charged/fined anyways. The youth camp director lied directly to my face saying it would be refunded but it took several hours on the phone with some very nasty agents over two months to get the fines deleted. Downtown Dallas has lots of scammers but I didn't expect it at the YMCA.

Child’s camp director is rude. I was on the phone speaking to her and she just hangs up the call. Not professional at all. Parking is also not accommodating since there are only meters or a parking garage with a fee to use. Other than that facility is clean and well kept.

Nice gym, old school since it's in downtown but still decent. Just wish it stayed open later I hardly make it in because they are closed by the time I get off work. So if you are an early bird it will work for you, but not for the night owls.

Great location in downtown dallas. Awesome whirlpool and working sauna that is giant. Business executive crowd of millennials and gen zwho enjoy the amenities.

I was charged $10.99 for an hour and 36 minutes of parking last night. I am a member of the Y and have registered my car with the Y (evidenced by the auto billing). Why does this YMCA want to shut down its membership? I don't get it.
