They chose to permanently closed this location and suggested going to their other location off Coit & Beltline no thanks cancel my membership.

Really disappointed they decided to permanently close this location after paying my monthly dues. They should have kept members regularly updated and aware that this location was in the process of closing. Also, you have to mail a cancellation letter in order to cancel you membership; this can't be done online or over the phone like the rest of the 21st century world does. I liked this gym so this is a real shame.

This location has been closed permanently as of 5/17/20, per email sent to members. This location should have worked out much better than it did. :(

YouFit is closing this location. As as a loyal customer if you wish to term your agreement, in the year 2020, what do you need to do? You need to write a letter and snail mail it to FLORIDA to cancel a membership to a location that they are closing. There is a "Cancel/Freeze Policy" link on their website that takes you to a "File Directory not Found" page. hmmmm. Before gyms were officially closed, I considered cancelling my membership but decided I would support them through this time. I'm not at all concerned about the closing of the location, although it is disappointing, I am rather extremely frustrated at them for not allowing me to cancel my membership electronically. Before I joined i read several comments about how difficult it was for people to cancel and get them to stop automatic charges. Now I see why. Awful customer service in an electronic age.

Youfit continues to charge for membership without access to gym. Drove by today to speak with someone about this issue and there is an EVICTION NOTICE on the door. Spoke with Sadie from Dallas location as she said the only thing she could do was to freeze my account but couldn't issue a refund. THIS IS THEFT!! I will be pursuing this issue until resolved!

THINK REALLY WELL before joining "Youfit". These guys will try to squeeze every bit of your money even after you tell them to stop your membership and then SELL your number to spam calls, bill and debt collectors when you won't pay that amount after trying to stop membership.

Hard to beat the price for a good basic gym to get exercise. I just wish they had a pool so I could swim laps.

The manager seems to have no interest for the customers but only for their wallets. During 3 months I stopped to go there for safety reasons (the lockers were broken, heard that cars were stolen...) and was asked to ay the full amount. If you want to take care of you, I advised you to go to another place as fast as possible.
