The parts department did not want to honor the warranty. I bought a drive shaft about a month ago from them. Drive shaft started to leak oil from the slip yoke. Took it to the mechanic said it was the seal on the slip yoke it was faulty. The people at the parts department argue that slip yokes don’t leak. They told me it was the tail shaft housing spent $300 to replace it. It still leaked after. So I returned they said they would honor the warranty but needed the receipt which I misplaced. They had my vin number registered to the part my name and address but wouldn’t honor the warranty for a simple paper. Guess its better to buy at autozone all they ask for is a phone number and they instantly switch your part. So unprofessional. You think your getting good parts because they are directly from the dealer, people beware.

Excellent service!! I arrived at 7:00 a.m and was greeted by a service technician with impeccable customer service. They had me on my way by 7:30. I am so appreciative!!

Young Chevrolet is the worst dealership you could take your car too I took my truck there they wanted to charge me $920 for a diagnostic and couldn't really give me a reason why they needed to charge me $920 other than they needed to get to the root of the problem and to go more in-depth when I got my truck back the window was down they weren't able to get it back up nothing was wrong with my window when I took it there please unless you want to get screwed over do not take your vehicle to Young Chevrolet

Left truck 8am july 10 and as told tech would check it Friday the 12 th
Got text ar 4 pm the 12 th that tech was checking it
Get call T 5 pm that it was fixed and ready for pick up
Next day drove it about 20 miles and it started doing the same thing
Returned 7am July 15 th and SA said that he would try to get it checked soon
Not gotten check until July 18 and awaiting a diagnoses
Not the type of service I expect

Service slow and the the technician did not know what he was doing and the service advisor did not give right answer and took one month for my car to be fixed

Wait was longer than usual, appointment didn’t show up in their system I had to show proof from my phone. Young Chevrolet use to be such a great place for service on my vehicle. Now is nothing like it use to be.

2 hrs turned into 4 hrs. Trashed my seats with their oily hands. Left my car door panels nasty and oily. I will not go to this unprofessional dealership again. I was looking to buy a z06 and one of the managers looked at me like I was broke. Because I had on shorts and a T shirt. They loss my business. All around. Rating Zero

Michael did an excellent job! I had been given the run around by other dealerships, he knew exactly what needed to be done to my car. I dropped it off that morning and received it that afternoon. Young Chevy has great a service center.
