Not an outlet, Wasn’t sure what to expect when walking in but was greeted by a gentlemen who showed me some items but they were all $999 plus so I would just stick online if you see something you like. If there was clearance or lower he should’ve shown the way but I think this is kinda false advertisement as far as “outlet”.

I looove this place! It's full of diamonds and GOLD...the gold being the people who work there. The best customer service experience ever. Friendly yet professional and very knowledgeable sales staff. Nachella is the best!

My fiance and I came here on Sunday looking for a wedding band and we had a wonderful experience. The lady was so kind and helpful. The store has a pretty large inventory and great prices. I found my ring within a few minutes of being in the store and it matched my engagement ring perfectly. I have already recommended it to people!

The ladies at this store are so helpful! Everyone is kind and patient. The prices here are excellent and they frequently run an additional sale on clearance. If they don't have the answer, no worries, they will figure it out! I appreciate that I left confident in my purchasing decision, and I feel well informed on how to take care of my new purchase.
