Update** The store manager did everything he could to make everything right. Things didn't work out with that ring, but we are still looking forward to doing business at the store in the future.Update** The manager Aaron called us this morning and we went to the store to speak with him. He is absolutely awesome!! He listened to our concerns and took it upon himself to get it corrected. Feeling very positive about everything. Can't wait to see what he can do. Thank you so much!! Moving the stars up from a 1 to a 3. Definitely will be a 5 if everything works out. Very pleased with today's interaction- Today we went to pick up my wedding bands (had) and my brand new black rhodium ring that was sent off for sizing. When I chose the ring it was black rhodium. When we picked it up it was silver. Not black!! I tried to tell the woman, showed her pictures of the ring from before and she completely ignored everything. She said because it was sized it wasn't black anymore. Then told me to just take it and enjoy it for a few months and if I still don't like it bring it back. I obviously don't like it. It is not what I wanted, not what I picked out and I am not wearing it!! It is on my counter in the bathroom. I'm not wearing it, it sucks.She made it clear with her attitude, ugly looks and horrible customer service that she didn't want to help us. She was an older white woman, white hair. So what if it was a "cheap piece" I loved it. Now I absolutely don't. We had a great time picking this ring out for me 2 weeks ago. It was a "just because" ring, a surprise visit and meant a lot to us. Thanks for ruining it.

I had come in to look around and did not feel welcome upon entering the store. The gentleman ignored me and the lady did not seem excited to help me at all . I had made a purchase but regretted it because I should take my business somewhere where I feel valued .I returned an item yesterday due to it bothering my sensitive skin . No eye contact was made with me upon entering the store . I finally spoke up and said hi , I would like to make a return the gentleman was rude and looked at the lady and said it’s your sale you want to take care of the return . I own a small business and I was floored how he treated me . I will definitely take my business somewhere else in the future .

The experience I had with Zales Services was the best, and I absolutely love my ring. I highly recommend Tina, a representative from Zales Services, as I am extremely pleased with her.

Tina was exceptional in helping my husband and I select and resize new rings for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such excellent and informative customer service from Tina and the Zales team at the Galleria!

I came into the galleria Zales and nobody came up and talked to me until I approached bridal. When I turned down being helped, so I could look, I got an eye roll and she sat down and got on her phone and played the entire time I was in there. I literally asked to see something a few moments later and the two associates looked at me and went back to their phones.One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

David has given some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Initially I went in with my husband searching for a ring upgrade in which we ended up finding something I liked elsewhere. David had a warm and friendly demeanor when we told him our decision and suggested we come back another time. A couple of weeks later, we stopped in and took forever trying things on and deciding. Not once did he become annoyed or impatient. He also wasn’t one of those reps who are too pushy but still convinced me to make a few purchases & get a lifetime warranty on them all. Thank you for making diamond shopping enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back & find something else I want.

Workers here are very rude. Me and my husband were trying to ask a few questions about my ring and there point system. Both people we asked walked away. Never again will I come here

I had an amazing experience at Zale's in the galleria mall. Aaron at, Zale's made my experience amazing. This guy sat down with me for well over 2 hours to discuss diamonds and the 4c's as well as the diamond specs. I had an amazing time designing my ring with Aaron and I appreciated his help so much. My engagement ring is more beautiful than I could even describe. Even when it came time to pick out my band Aaron educated me on the prongs and why it would be better to get white gold. I am glad I made the choice I did. I can not say it enough how amazing my experience was and all in the end I am so satisfied with my ring. I will definitely be getting my wedding band from them when the time comes as well. This guy deserves all the praise. My family and I purchase most of out jewelry from Zale's, both of my moms wedding rings are from there and the service is always amazing. You guys made us feel like family, Also everyone was so accommodating when it came to picking up the ring so that I could be surprised when my fiancé proposed. I want to express my greatest gratitude once again to Aaron.. this guy deserves a promotion!! Not only was he helpful but the fact that he kept communication open with me and let me know when he would be able to accommodate the purchase as well as making sure I picked out those most beautiful diamond. I will be returning when it is time for my upgrade lol. I pray Aaron is still there to help me again! I received a 2.05 carat solitaire on a 6 prong Tiffany setting. Everyone that has seen my ring has stated how beautiful it is. If you are ever looking to purchase jewelry please step into this Zale's I promise you will not regret it and ask for Aaron!!

I see everyone's reviews of Tina being a great salesperson and giving great deals on items but I had the opposite experience. I went into this location to purchase a necklace and Tina would not honor the original price that was listed on the necklace. Instead she stated that the store forgot to re-tag the necklace with the correct price, which was more than the price listed on the necklace and she couldn't change it. When I challenged Tina regarding the store's mistake in retagging the item and me having to pay for the store's mistake as a customer, she slammed the jewelry cabinet and walked off. I wasn't asking Tina for a "great deal". I was only asking her to honor the price that was listed on the necklace. This was horrible customer service and I will never attempt to shop here again.
