The service sucks! No one asked if I needed help with anything (which I actually did). The employees were looking at me like I was beneath them..no kidding.

I had exchanged pants due to wrong size and then realized I no longer wanted them and wanted to exchange them. The clerk at the counter at the initial exchange didn’t provide a receipt. When I went today to exchange they turned me away and told me to contact customer service.. do your job!

I bought 4 items this afternoon in Zara north park center, but only found 3 items when we get home. I was trying to contact the store to verify if they didn’t packed all my purchases in the bag, but the store number and customer service number DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! You could never reach ZARA through phone call. So I have to drive another 40 minutes to get my stuff. Very disappointed purchase.

I was a bit late because of work at the end of Friday. But I really wanted to get my Zara slacks that I bought online & just wanted to pick up in store. Less than 30 minutes of closing, walked in, and I was at the Online Pickup area standing. Eventually I met Elena—at the wrong time because she looked to be hauling boxes of merch from the upper level. I would like to say thank you and express my appreciation of being serviced even though it is nearly closing on the evening on a Friday.

The manager was no help and had no idea what she was doing. When I asked for help she entered the wrong items for them to bring it up to me. Waited 20 minutes just for her to tell me” oh I entered the wrong item and we don’t have it” how do you know you don’t have it when you entered the wrong item. She had just walked off to do something else and didn’t fix the problem.Some of the other clothes I asked for she sent me to like 5 different sections where it wasn’t there. Thanks to a different associate they were able to help me find the correct items.

I can’t disagree with the one star reviews for service sometimes but I don’t go for service… I’ve had one star service and 5 Star service. Driving from Ft Worth I go for the full Zara experience which means I embrace the Zara quirks and accept it all to savor quality unique classic couture fashion at affordable prices . Just like In and Out burger off the menu menu there are tricks to help you enjoy the experience. Download the app and skip the dressing room line . Try on clothes in your size at shop then have better time ordering online with more options. I’ve had Zara pieces I’ve worn so many years I still get “I love those shoes!” My response… Zara 5 seasons ago. You get what get and go for the experience.

An employee called me a “stupid b***** underneath her breathe when I dropped something on accident. Accidents happen but calling a customer a curse word is super uncalled for! She was a white, blonde, heavier set, older woman with a Spanish accent. Zara employees are normally cold and rude- but this woman went over board.

I had to pay for a bag!!!. Wow!! ,You spend over 100 plus dollars and I can't get a free bag. Of course I paid the $0.10 otherwise I would have had to walk North Park Mall with my items in my hand. LOL ? Next time I will order online for free shipping it comes in a box; or take my business elsewhere. This was sad. You all do not value your customers enough to give them a shopping bag. By the way the paper bags are cheap. I say cheap because the bag had torn before I got home. I bought shoes and the heels puncture a hole in the bag; because you don't have shoe boxes either. The bags are so cheap and not durable at all. It's not even worth $0.10. next time you can keep the bag if there is a next time. Disappointed, I will have to break up over a shopping bag ?️?. Or just keep my business to online and see what the charge is for the box.

Yesterday at men department, was the worst experience. rudeness of managers and employees was unbelievable. Spending more than 1k yesterday at zara but the manager with brown set clothes he was wearing yesterday also the employee it was a lady at firing room omg the way they talked to me was sooo disrespectful and rude. 0 customer service ?

A new chapter in the BItsy shopaholic chronicles...For years I've walked past perpetually crowded Zara stores in the US and abroad without even slowing down. Am I opposed to fast fashion at low low prices? Not if it's cute.I just wasn't interested in Zara...until recently.Why?Lately, a pattern has emerged...At least 50% of the women stopped by influencers in "Who are you wearing?" street-style vlogs from Miami & NYC to Paris and beyond claim to be wearing at least one item purchased from Zara... seems sus, but there must be something there.So, I happened to be nearby yesterday and I thought, why not check it out when it's as busy as the Whataburger drive-thru after the bars close?What I observed:Zara has stuff to wear to work, go out, and hang out.Current but not super trendy.All sizes were available in most things.I was underwhelmed but grabbed mostly blazers and blouses to try on. Some of the dresses and pants looked ok. I'd totally pass on the shoes and bags. Almost everything I picked up was $49 to $89.After standing in a crazy long line for the fitting room, I see a sign that says you can pre-reserve a room on the app, damn. At least it moved fast.On either side were even longer lines for regular checkout and self-checkout (kinda like Uniqlo). The employees are all dressed the same, so easy to identify, not that they could leave the registers or fitting rooms.Overall, I get the appeal and there was definitely potential to combine some of these items with my other stuff and end up with a cute outfit, but I wasn't impressed enough to buy anything. Mystery solved, which was really the whole point.4 stars for being organized in chaos.

The clothing is nice but omg the line is ridiculous and they won’t open another register. They have 4 ppl on the floor just organizing. They would rather have customers wait for over 15mins just to check out. Never again rather shop online

I know one thing the next time I step foot in this store the next one of those little girls that get disrespectful while I’m spending my money at check out gone catch it. They got the worst attitudes and they manager just sit and watch. They clearly need a regional to review their staff.
