Do not buy from them. Once you have any issues with your furniture, it is nearly impossible to get them responsible for it. Frankly, they do not care. Communication with them is so miserable as they promise me one thing but no follow ups. After sending three technician to fix my desk, they still said they need to send fourth technician to try to fix it. It has been month they promised that technician, there is no follow up on neither company. I had to call and email so many times to get false promises. I told them to just take their products and give my money back but they refuse. I dont know if this is their management thing or the representative just lie about sending it to management for lack of follow up on his side. But this has been a nightmare to deal with. For the same amount of money spent, you might as well get better experience at RH home or other presentable companies that actually take responsibility for your furniture. Check their bbb rating as well. It is horrible and it is usually about the quality of their products or services on damaged products. And I can't agree more with those complaints.

Do NOT order from this company. Find the item somewhere else. The delivery of the sofa I ordered was delayed significantly, arriving with damages in multiple places, despite my explicit requests for an undamaged product. I invested nearly $10,000 in this sofa, expecting perfection. Despite three different repairmen confirming the irreparable faults in its mechanisms, the company refuses to take responsibility. They now propose sending yet another repair person. Having made the purchase almost two years ago, I'm left without recourse with my credit card company. It feels as though they've taken my money, delivered a subpar sofa, and evaded resolution for almost a year. Communicating with them is an arduous process, often requiring multiple calls/emails due to what seems like an overwhelming volume of complaints they are handling. The problem is not about my sofa arriving damaged. Those things happen. It's about how they handled the situation thereafter. Aside from their business being completely disorganized, they have deceptive, unprofessional, and unreliable people working for them and representing the company. Buyers BEWARE!

Ordered a complete office setup with the Quincy line. Order went through as "in stock, shipping in 2-3 days". Well, the desk was not in stock, and the order took 3 months to finally come in (credit card already charged BTW). White glove install, but I noticed something was missing. The desk!!!!! Called Zuri, called the installation house. Nobody knows where it is. The finish is not high quality, and the credenza piece does not match color with the rest of the set. Predrilled holes were misaligned, so the doors did not close properly. The install team had to redial them to get the doors aligned. Very unhappy with this outfit and this product. Stay away!!!

We purchased dinning table from Zurich to use it as a formal dinning table so we weren’t really using it since we had other dinning table for regular use.All of sudden we heard loud sound like somebody broke in to our house or maybe chandelier fell but it was surprisingly glass top of dinning table,it exploded and we had to clean up over 1000 pcs of little glass pieces.Zurich is not willing to take responsibility even though it’s a manufacturing fault.I had to spend over $400 for cleaning and live with damage wood floor.

Also no complaints about costumer service in the person of Jessica that kindly assisted us, of course all went smooth.no issues as well with the package which it was handle with care by the carrier Who delivered to us.

Zuri furniture is beautiful, we have bought both bar stools and a Marble top dining table.Here is the bad part, they do not stand behind the product. First of all, it takes four times before we receive a table base that wasn't damaged. Okay we understood shipping causing damage, so you would thing they have extra table tops undamaged. Our 7 years granddaughter of small to average size lend on the table and the marble top cracked the width of the table. Zuri did not stand behind the product. We asked if we could buy just the top table and they said they have none that are not in good condition to ship. (Sounds like the have a quality issue) They recommended that we find someone who can repair marble, of course at our own cost.We will no longer buy from Zuri and will stop recommending the company to anyone.

I have purchased an office desk for my home office for $3000, paid additional $400 for "white glove" delivery and assembly. The night before the delivery I have removed my existing desk from the office, moved some of the other furniture to other rooms to make room for the assembly of the new desk. Delivery company showed up on a Friday morning, unpacked the parts only to find out that feet were missing. They told me that they had spare parts in their warehouse but would have to get an approval from Zuri to use those spare parts and would likely be back later that afternoon or the next day. They picked up the large packing materials and left, leaving popcorn and cardboard trail behind all over my house.I called Chris P., my "account manager" at Zuri, to inform him of the situation and was told that they would contact the installer to coordinate. Have not heard back from anyone, so on Monday I called Chris P. who told me that their "logistics department" is communicating with the installer to figure out what parts were missing?! This is 3 days later and they are still trying to figure out that the feet are missing, which is what we have all agreed about on Friday. In the mean time I cannot use my office because the disassembled desk parts are stern all over my office.Chris said he would contact me before the end of the day with an update, which he did not. On Tuesday I call again and spoke with Maria who was very apologetic but her only solution was to try to find out how they can send me the missing parts. I have reiterated again that I need to use my office as I have a business to run and I need those parts overnighted to me. They could have sent them on Friday and I would have had them by now, but she said that as a matter of policy the don't use overnight shipping. Let me restate that I have paid $3400 for this office desk, and they can't afford $100 to overnight these parts to me that should have been there in the first place?!?Maria said she would try to escalate the issue but could not guarantee that they would send the parts via overnight delivery. She also said that Chris P. would contact me back before the end of the day with an update. Around 7PM I get an email from Chris P:"While we were not able to secure overnight shipping for the feet, we were able to have our fulfillment team prioritize this and get them shipped out today. Given the delays, we are happy to provide a $75 refund in addition to the agent coming out to complete the assembly once they receive the items.ChrisZuri Furniture"I promptly responded that this was not acceptable because they are causing me business disruptions because I cannot use my office. I offered them two options, either come and pick up the desk or send the parts overnight so that I can assemble the desk myself, but in that case I want a refund for the "white glove" service and a credit of $1000 for the trouble.Crickets...Now it is Wednesday at 5PM Eastern so I call Zuri to ask to speak with a manager. Ally answers the phone and informs me that all managers are in a meeting and one could not contact me back until tomorrow. I reiterated to her that I have offered for them to pick up the furniture today, which they have failed to do, so I will move the furniture myself, to the end of my driveway, where they can pick it up from. She proceeded to argue with me about the merits of timeliness of their response and whether I had the right to be upset. I told her that she can have a manager call me before the end of the day to resolve this issue or they can pick up the furniture from my driveway at their convenience. Since I do not have any packaging materials I cannot repack the parts, so they will be exposed to the elements. I live in south Florida, where it is guaranteed to rain in about an hour.7/28/23 Update:I did not leave multiple one star reviews, I have posted my review on multiple review websites. I like the stools. I would suggest paying more and not going with cheapo wayfair stools that will fall apart. These are sturdy and stylish. I am able to clean off smudges. The backs are high enough that you can lean back comfortably. The foot rest is nice and large which is also great.Sometimes they are a bit creaky but it doesn't bother me.For the price, I am very happy with this purchase.

When debating where to select furniture for my ocean front condo in Florida I was fortunate enough to come across Zuri website which contained the modern style I desired at the correct price point. My question was quality? After numerous purchases I could not be more satisfied with the exceptional quality of all the items. The customer service has been above and beyond at every phase of shipping, communication and assistance. As a global citizen with homes in other countries Zuri Modern Furniture stands out above all others no matter the location. I do not have enough superlatives to adequately describe this outstanding organization and products provided to customers. Don't hesitate to purchase you will not be disappointed.

Furniture is stylish however, they have very bad quality and bad customer service. ZURI Furniture cannot even provide repairs for their own products, I will never purchase another item from them again. They are selling me the part I need for $500+ and they want me to look for a technician myself to fix it, who knows what they will charge. The $6000 dollar couch I bought from them didn't even last 2 years. I find it very hard to believe that a company cannot provide a technician to make the repairs, even worse I can't believe that they want me to repair it myself. To sum it up; They are selling me a part that broke/malfunctioned and on top of that they can't even source a technician to come fix it, I must do it myself. Wow! That's just the worst customer support experience I have ever had. so pathetic!Even IKEA does better than that!
