    I love these guys. I was stupid and washed an expensive chain in the pocket of some shorts. Jeffery knew exactly what to do and retrieved my necklace (torn up), but the horrible noise the chain made somewhere in the machine was gone.     Jeff is a skilled technician. He was able to ID the issue with our Whirlpool dryer by the sounds it was emitting. He gave us the price of replacement parts and date he would receive parts and schedule date to replace parts and price for installation. Jeff was good natured and explained what he was doing as work proceeded.... read full comment
