Last time I got my oil changed they left a tool under my hood. This time as I stood at counter to ask a question a lady walked in the employee ignored me and started talking to her. Then the other gentleman that was attending my car left it and started talking to her. When the employee finally addressed me I told him that it was rude and unprofessional to ignore me and help the other person. Then another employee came in and he (front desk guy) asked him to finish my car. (I was only person there till she arrived. ) My coupon they have on internet he said wasn’t valid, they left grease fingers on my hood , door, and steering wheel. And my tires psi is 35, they over inflated to 41. So it was a good day but I will not be recommending them or going back.

Took my van to get a oil change and the dip stick handle broke off . Telling me I have to get a new one and I had to wait 3 hours for them and overcharged me $28 ... Telling me that AutoZone sold at that price . No sir they sold mine for my vehicle for $14.99 . Paid $110 Won't be going back i miss Dayton lube .

I have been a customer of this business for several years. Unfortunately, during a visit, my Apple Watch went missing from my vehicle. I acknowledge that I placed it on the charger and then on the floorboard under the backseat before exiting the car. I immediately noticed it was missing and asked two staff members—the oldest and youngest gentlemen who assisted with my vehicle—to help search for it, but we were unable to locate it. I subsequently filed a police report. I am very disappointed with the situation and have concerns about the business’s honesty.

They broke a sensor on my battery and said it was brittle on a 5 year old car. Now I'm out $385 for a sensor. I'll never go back to them.

Took a hour to drain oil, change filter and refill. WAY overpriced. In no way should you ever pay over $100 for an oil change on a 12 year old Toyota. Will NOT return here for anything.

Had a CarShield claim for a new motor. Between us and CarShield they have $11,000 and I have to tow my truck home because that wasn’t enough money to finish it “turn key.” Total ripoff and I wish I would have had it towed somewhere else. For that much money my motor should be installed properly.

Had valve covers leaking. The mechanic that replaced the gaskets cracked the valve cover over tightning them. Should have been torqued down!!. Mechanic did not bring it to my attention which tells me he is dishonest and does shady work!! Do not recommend this place for mechanical work of any kind!!!

They overfilled my tires by 5 pounds it on spec on the door forgot to put on my my oil cap and check my air filter, but didn’t close the housing unit at all. Just left it open on the top. Horrible service and they charge me 80 bucks.
