The storage units in Dayton tend to get burglarized quite often and the only cameras are at the entrance gate. If your unit is by a rain gutter down spout, the rain will splash back and up under your unit door and anything by the door will be ruined. The gaskets on the bottoms of the doors need to be replaced. Also, be sure to keep up dated rental payment records.
