Let me start by saying, I LOOOVE PIZZA, from all locations. I had never ordered from the Dayton location and it was conveniently located on the route I was taking.Ordered a medium thin cheese and a regular medium cheese. The sauce was basically not present at all. By the time I got home, 15 mins later, the pizza had to be placed in the microwave because it was hard as cardboard. Very disappointed, because I wanted this to be a place I could order from on a regular basis, but it is looking like that will not be the case. ☹️

Ruth, the so-called manager pretends to be many roles to avoid accountability for the horrible food that they delivered to my home. I was promised a full refund and all they did was give me a credit which is unacceptable because she promised me a refund that I would get it in no more than a week it’s been almost a month and she still runs around, pretending to be different characters or management. If you order wings, prepare for them to be raw! And your pizza will take over an hour to get delivered which will be cold and cardboard basically!

On 2/21 Bailey was working and a customer received more food than they paid for but it wasn't what they ordered, she not only gave them the correct pizza but I'm a door dash driver and because she knew u wouldn't receive a tip and it was a very long distance she gave me the$10 tip! I would say that's going above and beyond! We need more people like her in the food service industry, thank you Bailey!

Wow this place is amazing a real God send ! Ruth Nugent the manager of this wonderful place went above and beyond! Let me explain , I do prison ministry and I was going in on Christmas Day and i was taking pizzas with me but everyone was going to be closed Ms Nugent came in on Christmas Day and made these guys I was going in to minister to she showed the Love of Christ and she showed these guys what Grace truly is and how selfless she really is ! Thanks Ruth you’re a true blessing !!!!! Go see her !!!!

I ordered curbside pickup from this restaurant after a day at the pool. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I had to get down in wet clothes with a 6-year-old niece to get my own pizza. It would be great if the over-the-phone corner service could communicate with the stores a bit better.”I hope this helps!

I tried one last time, extra pepperoni xtra cheese, could you offer triple pepperoni so that i get double? When i order double i still get one maybe two per slice.. nevermind. Back to little ceasers, wife just likes your hotwings. Now i have to find hotwing place.

Ruth and her associate was very pleasant and patient. Ruth made sure we had everything we needed and offered extra condiments. Her attitude left a great expression on my co-workers and I. Thanks ??

I will not ever order from the Dayton location again. My order was missing items so I called the customer service line, they resent the missing items to the store and told me I needed to go pick them up. When I walked in, the woman at the front called me or my son a liar because she packed the order herself and it was all there. I told her no ma'am it was not. I told her I called the call center and they reordered the items, she told me they didn't send anything, and I pointed at my name on the screen with "ready" word next to it. She claimed that was from my earlier order. I got back on the phone with the call center and she grabbed some wings from the warmer and told me you can have these so you can leave. THEY WERE MINE! They had my name on the receipt attached to the bag! I could no believe how rude and disrespectful this woman was. I have never been treated so poorly just because I wanted what I paid for. I still never got the cheesesteak that I was supposed to get. She refused to make it. Never again will we go back to this location.

My wife and I ordered quite a bit of pizza, cheesy bread sticks, bone in wings, and desserts on Sunday 5-8-23 and sent our son to pick up the order. When he got back to the house with the order it was missing a 6pc bone in wing. My wife called the call center. Issac was helpful and put another order in for us, and my wife drove up there to get them. When she arrived at the store to put in the order my wife explained to the woman that her order was not complete and that the call center had placed an additional order of 6 pcs Bone in Wings for her. The woman looked at my wife and said that either my son was a liar, or she was a liar. My wife looked on the order board and her new order from the call center was clearly “ready” for pick up, but the woman refused to look back at it. She continued her rant about my wife and son being liars. My wife called the call center from the lobby of the store and tried to get assistance. Finally, the woman behind the counter begrudgingly told my wife that she would give her an order that was ready now so she could leave and gave my wife her own order. My wife asked the call center where she could make a formal complaint, and the call center advised that she could make it with the store she was at. How exactly would that work, especially considering the lack of professionalism at the store already.I am not sure what kind of Store this Pizza Hut is, but calling a customer a liar to their face after you have not filled their order properly is not the course of action a person in the business of customer service should act. In fact, to insinuate that a customer would make a $120 order, take it home, and then drive all the way up there to lie about $10 of it, is classical projection. In other words, maybe that is something she would do. Furthermore, you are in the role as a customer service representative, you should act as such. I know I am a small cog in the wheel, but I eat pizza quite often, and I will NEVER shop at any pizza hut again thanks to this person. This woman will surely cause more people to take the same stance as I.

What a horrible Pizza Hut, I will never ever order from this place. I placed an order through the website which based on the website Dayton delivered to me. Well I called the Pizza Hut in Dayton to confirm after I had already paid, they told me “yes” we will deliver. 1 hour passed by and I call the driver and he told me “my manger told me we can not go drop the pizza off due to the distance” understandable did not complain however I did call back and asked why they never called me to let me know. I was waiting 1+ hour for the pizza, 20 minutes later the driver arrives with my pizza after them telling me it was canceled! I had already ordered from somewhere else and I did not take the pizza as I no longer needed it. I call the Dayton store again to ask for a refund as I denied the pizza. The manager so rude told me “we never agreed to a refund!” My issue is you cancelled my order based on what the manger /driver said and you do not want to refund me my $37 this is ridiculous! Please do not purchase from this place! Horrible customer service!
