“Broke down yesterday morning and thought my day was about to be an absolute disaster… then Raymond from JTT Towing showed up like the tow-truck version of Superman ?
Not only did he get there quickly, but he went completely above and beyond. He helped calm me down, handled my car with care, and honestly turned a stressful situation into something manageable. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just the job.
