Pharmacy is always crowded, which usually leads to poor customer service. So bad, in fact, that we changed our pharmacy to GR Cure. The employees @ Walgreens are less than friendly and always act like you're a burden to them as a customer. On a positive note, the store is clean and usually well stocked.

I have had several bad experiences at the drive thru. This LAST visit was during a slow time (I was only car at window) but still was not acknowledged for 7 minutes. Then the “service” I received was exceptionally RUDE and the excuse given was short handed.When I told them that’s not my daughter they walked away but then returned and waited on a car that had driven up after me. I did not pick up my meds and told them I’ll be spending my money elsewhere!
I have transferred all of my prescriptions to another company.

Desperately need to hire some help for the pharmacy drive-through. One person working the pick-up window, 8 vehicles. After almost 10 minutes I gave up. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy=incompetence of a breathtakingly astounding degree.Prescriptions dropped off Monday early afternoon. Returning 3 hours later I was informed that two of the medications were unavailable and had been ordered and would be available by 2 Tuesday afternoon. Never received any contact advising us that the medicines necessary for treatment after detached retina surgery weren't there.Arriving Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 I was told the medication was being worked on and would be ready in half an hour. Knowing how that went last time I didn't return for 4 hours. Imagine my irritation when I learned the medication is not available and at no point did anyone contact us to tell us that they could not fill the prescription.If vision is impaired or lost, believe that the issue will be addressed in a manner that comes with lawyers and big dollar signs attached.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make people come inside if they are waiting on a prescription or come back later. 10 cars deep at the drive thru for a prescription is ridiculous. If the people can't be considerate enough then block them from ever using the drive thru again.

There is a toxic manager in the pharmacy. On February 1 at approximately 6 PM a customer standing in line inside complained because of the long wait and the manager just said she was just gonna have to wait. Never apologized and was kind of rude and combative to the lady. She should’ve apologized and also when the line is long come out and tell everyone you’re sorry for the wait and you’ll get to them as quickly as possible and maybe offer them a free drink because of the wait. Don’t try to give excuses and be rude and not even apologize to your customers or before long you won’t have any customers and then you won’t have a job to come to. Now she is showing her staff it is ok to treat your customers this way. She needs a lot of customer service training.

Hello, I get prescribed suboxone to help me stay off my drug of choice *hydrocodone*. Been on it since 2012 , so I was told 2 days is the earliest I can fill my medication cause it's a controlled substance. Try to get it 3 days early cause I work out of town, well I had the Indian pharmacist come storming like a bat out of hell and very loud started shouting how I'm not filling you're medications even 1 day early, I was completely embarrassed and mortified, I already have tattoos all over my face so I look like a seeker, but to have everyone in the pharmacy hear that I get my meds early and will not fill it early I was shocked, I tried to explain that I don't have insurance anymore and I have to pay cash to get them out a little at a time. *they always tell me i can fill it when i have money, then comeback the next day or day after and it will be okay ... but then treated like a junkie trying too get my meds early * Which she basically said not her problem. Yes I'm a recovering drug addict and I'm proud how far I've come. To be talk to like I'm doing something wrong asking for my medication. Don't deal with her cause she will not help you at all. And then have her little minions huff and puff when they see me walk up. Thank you for you're time.-love, you're neighborhood drug addict!

Terrible service and smart mouth employees. Everytime I have to deal with the app and Dayton Pharmacy. App is ok..the pharmacy in Dayton is the pain.

Sat here for an hour and a half waiting to pick up meds, why open both lanes if you are only going to help 1 lane at a time. There should be 1 person for each lane!

This Walgreens pharmacy is so horrible. The way they treat their customers is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. My husband had stage 4 cancer and they way they treated him is uncalled for. I’m filing a formal complaint. You guys are disgusting. Do not go to this Walgreens!!!!!!
