I am so upset at people that work at Walgreens, If you don’t have the medicines ready are you don’t have it stop telling people that. My mother is two weeks out from open heart surgery and the medication she needs until then and if she has a heart attack again bassist on lies there is going to be a problem for sure. This is ridiculous and stop lying to people about the medication if you don’t have it just say so.

Unfortunately, this is the Walgreen nearest me. Pack a lunch, slowest in existence. Very poor set up with staffing. Rarely are the prescriptions ready on time. Sometimes they say it's ready but it's not. If they must call the doctor, don't get frustrated, it will take a while and a reminder to them to call.

For the last 4 months everytime I place an order for a prescription it has never been filled the whole way, only a partial. This month I placed the order on Monday, pickup of Wednesday. It is now Sunday and I've waited twice all for them to have still not filled the order.

I'll give this place one star just because it exists every time you call up there no one will ever answer a phone and if you do get a store manager after 20 minutes of holding they'll put you on hold and do the same thing ask you again please hold please hold nobody wants to do their job I think they need to start all over with whole new staff whole new management but when you go walk into the stores cuz the person needs her medicine everybody's on their phone or playing around by the photo center or goofing off in the makeup section

I have had several bad experiences at the drive thru. This LAST visit was during a slow time (I was only car at window) but still was not acknowledged for 7 minutes. Then the “service” I received was exceptionally RUDE and the excuse given was short handed.When I told them that’s not my daughter they walked away but then returned and waited on a car that had driven up after me. I did not pick up my meds and told them I’ll be spending my money elsewhere!
I have transferred all of my prescriptions to another company.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make people come inside if they are waiting on a prescription or come back later. 10 cars deep at the drive thru for a prescription is ridiculous. If the people can't be considerate enough then block them from ever using the drive thru again.

There is a toxic manager in the pharmacy. On February 1 at approximately 6 PM a customer standing in line inside complained because of the long wait and the manager just said she was just gonna have to wait. Never apologized and was kind of rude and combative to the lady. She should’ve apologized and also when the line is long come out and tell everyone you’re sorry for the wait and you’ll get to them as quickly as possible and maybe offer them a free drink because of the wait. Don’t try to give excuses and be rude and not even apologize to your customers or before long you won’t have any customers and then you won’t have a job to come to. Now she is showing her staff it is ok to treat your customers this way. She needs a lot of customer service training.

Terrible service and smart mouth employees. Everytime I have to deal with the app and Dayton Pharmacy. App is ok..the pharmacy in Dayton is the pain.
