I was renting a washer/dryer set. My husband was laid off and I had to return it until he found another job or unemployment started. Larry and staff were super about the whole situation and even though I returned it temporarily he said I could call when things got better and get reinstated with the same set or similar set and not lose the $$ I had paid on it!

The Sales Rep.She was awesome! I signed a 2nd contract with her on the phone. She gave me a quote over the phone on a bedroom set and took me online step by step to finalize the contract! She is very valuable person for Aaron!!

They will definitely harass you if you miss a payment. Life happens not understanding at all! Call numerous times a day before they even open!I've almost completely paid my account off and had some unforeseen circumstances happen and they will call multiple times a day and harrass you. Save yourself the energy and maybe try rent a center.

Absolutely the worst! I was told I would get an email reminder about my payment being due. And that never happened when I called the store and told then I was going past my due date they said they would put it down no big deal. Then they continued to harass me every day multiple times a day and show up at my house. When I called up there I talked to the assistant manager because the manager is on vacation and was told I need to figure out the email situation because those are sent by corporate and they don't have any communication with them and that if I did call they would have put it down. Which obviously they didn't because I've told them 3 dang times.
