I had a very mixed experience with the staff. I came in one day about 2 weeks ago. Everyone was busy but I was still greeted. I was looking around and a man came from the back, I told him I just wanted to outright buy a new phone. He looked at me and told me I should probably just go to Walmart because they’ll have older phones, and that his store only carries “high end” phones.Another guy ended up selling me the phone, and I was very happy with him.

In and out within 20 minutes and got my account taken care of and start a new service for an iPad. No complaints at all .....

Our visit was perfect, we walked in to upgrade phones, we were instantly greeted and helped along the process. The gentleman helping us was very clear about how the upgrades would go, also helped my husband with input on the durability of a phone since he works outside. He helped us quickly, got our upgrades ordered. Told us when we could expect them to come in, and that we could set the phones up our selves or come back to have them assist. Overall a great experience!

Worst experience ever! They completely messed my phone service up and my sons phone. I’ve been a customer of AT&T for 33years but seriously considering switching!

Stop by the store to see about paying my phone off. Went in and saw that 2 of the 3 Agents were busy, but I was greeted by them anyway.The store was extremely clean. Finally an agent was free and assisted me. Everything was taking care of, in and out of the store was 25-30 minutes. AT&T is an outstanding service!!

Rudest and worst customer service of my life. 2 sales guys completely ignored us. nobody greeted us, or said we will be with you....then when we decided to give up and leave and go to a different store, they said good! I am an FNP and own my company-nobody should be treated like this.

This store is full of young friendly kids who only know how to work a phone. And are very good at scamming you into purchasing insurance on phones that will actually won't be covered. And do NOT ever purchase the extra insurance. They knowingly scammed me and in turn I am out $45 for the past 8 months only to pay $220 deductible on a phone that was sent to me to replace my phone that was used. It was NOT refurbished, it was used and broke within 2 weeks. One guy will say one thing and then another employee hears them and says, "no, that's not right". I would NEVER buy a phone in there ever again. And when it comes to Apple products buy at an Apple store where they train their employee's for 6 months before letting them out on the floor.

Went into the store and they were not able to help me with my trade in. So I went home and called AT&T and they told me that my phone was eligible for the amount that I knew I should get. The guy at the store helping even asked his manager… they may need more training on this. What if I would of just left it there and not cared or been someone else that would of believed them.Thankfully I just drove to Denton and they helped me.
