Andy, Nick, Dani and Rebecca D. Are great representatives of your company and humanity as well. I am 65 years old. They take time explaining the features and benefits of your products and services in a way I can understand. So I can make an informed purchase decision. I recently bought a Razr 2025 and an Argom C70 watch. Which will help me and my medical staff monitor some of my body systems which will result in an early warning system to give me an increased standard of living. While hopefully reducing health care costs. This is not an isolated incident, I have been to this store before and they always uphold a standard of excellence. Thank you and your company for hiring in my opinion great people, both technically and with personable personalities.

I called cricket during buisness hours, and was told I would wait 8 minutes. 8 minutes later I was told 27 minutes of a wait. Now at one hour and 18 minutes it's still giving me options to talk to an operator. Before 900 pm central time the prompt is telling me I can still talk to an operator. I'm so disappointed, this is an emergency situation and their customer service and tech support will not answer so I van connect with my fiance that is miles away and is in need. I'm disappointed in this company would not recommend them to anyone. After it being an eight minute wait to a 27 minute wait and now it's over 80 minutes waiting, shows the care and customer service they represent and uphold. This isn't the first time. It's just the first time I've left a review
.DO NOT USE CRICKET ! THEY WILL NOT HELP U IN CASES OF EMERGENCY, AND WILL HAVE I WAITING UNTIL AFTWR BUISNESS HOURS AND HANG UP AND SAY ITS TOO LATE. THEY ARE NOT A USER FRIENDLY COMPANY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE NEWDING EMERGENCY COMMS. ID ADVISE TO CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY
....I stand 10 toes on my statement. I've screen shot the times and vitual chat reasons. They will leave u high and dry with no comms to your important family members. Forget cricket and get metro or tmobile or sprint or att. I promise, if customer service and immediate repairs due to their wrong doing is important....drop them ASAP
..MANY companies can offer you cheaper plans and even give you more
