This place has the most uncaring and rude pharmacy staff. They don't care about making sure they get your medication, if they do happen to get your rx filled they don't bother to contact you to let you know. Switching to Renshaw and NEVER going back to CVS.

The service person in the window with brerettes in their hair was kind, helpful and fast. They got the information regarding my prescription quickly and returned with a smile. I appreciate being treated was such warmth.

Upon picking up my prescription today, the CVS pharmacy tech told me they no longer accept my Gold Good RX or any coupons if you had insurance covered prescriptions, that I would be charged the insurance price. My Gold Good RX card would have saved me $24 on my prescription. I will probably be looking for a new pharmacy.

I have never had a problem like this before getting a vaccine..
My right arm swelled bruised and hurts.
But I put ice over it then heat.. it's gotten better now..
I will still choose to go back if needed to get a shot. I don't have pictures didn't think of doing that. I would have if I had seen this survey while my arm was all black and blue.
Everything all good now.

I had to wait three different times in line to get my girlfriends prescription. The 1st time was to basically tell them I was there. The second time was to pick up the prescription. The third time was because they failed to mention they were out of one of the meds. But failed to mention it when I checked out.

Imagine my surprise today when I ran into CVS to get an over-the-counter medication and heard an advertisement about “HIV treatment“. We have multiple local pharmacies that are locally owned and operated. Get in your car and go to Renshaw or go to S & J or any of our other small businesses. CVS does not reflect the values of our rural Texas community.

If I could give this location a zero star rating I would. My doctor always sends over my prescription refills in advance and they NEVER have them ready.
They actually let the requests expire and then make the patient go around in circles trying to figure out how to get their medically necessary medications. How is it right to make your patient do your job for you?!?!
I’m out of my meds and they do not care.
These people have not one single Customer Service bone in their bodies and are just awful. If my insurance didn’t make me use CVS I would switch. Absolutely horrific service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

CVS pharmacy has many ways to keep track of your meds and vaccine history. The CVS website is an easy way for me to schedule vaccinations for me and my family. I find having the pharmacist talking to me about new med prescriptions so important. I recommend Decatur CVS pharmacy as an important part of your health care.

The Pharmacists are ALWAYS very helpful to me for ALL my & my husband's many Rx's. Whenever I have a problem, they look for a solution while I am there and USUALLY find resolution to my satisfaction before I leave. The Tech, Katie, is the MOST caring and personable young woman I have met there! In the general store, the Manager is such a pleasant & helpful young man. He goes out of his way to help me find items or find the prices of items. His staff is very pleasant and helpful. This store use to have a lot of problems--from the General Store to the Pharmacy...just the whole place! My insurance required that we use CVS so we didn't have any choice! But since the new Manager and the new Pharmacists have taken over, everyone's attitude has improved 1000%. I'm certain ALL the customers are grateful!! I know I am!! 💜🥰🙏🏻🫶😊

Took a prescription there because they were the only pharmacy in the area that had the medication in stock. When I went to pick it up they told me they don’t take my insurance. I asked to pay for it outright or use GoodRx, but they told me they wouldn’t fill a prescription unless they could run it through my insurance. They even told me if I had no insurance they could fill it, but since I had an insurance they don’t accept, they wouldn’t fill it or let me pay without using insurance. These people are idiots and I’ll be happy when they go out of business.

They need two lines that WORK and help. Both times there were 5 cars in line to get a prescription and it wasn't even rush hour.
