I was helped by Cynthia and she was amazing. All of the staff was very helpful even though my birthday was wrong they corrected it and still got me my prescription very fast. Definitely recommend.

After speaking to 3 different people and receiving a text message telling me the date I could get my prescription the pharmacist literally yelled at me on the phone. They waited til the last minute on THANKGIVING to tell me they're refusing to fill my medication. I have NEVER EVER been spoken to that way. The pharmacist wouldn't even allow me to speak. He yelled over me. All I wanted to know was why they lied to me for a week telling me they would fill my prescription. So shameful. Horrid behavior. They shouldn't be allowed to speak to customers that way. I've been in tears. How could CVS allow this behavior? Clearly I'm not the only one with issues from this CVS.

Worst pharmacy experience ever, and it was repeated times! They take 4 to 6 hours to get a prescription ready and then if they're out of the prescription, they don't even notify you which leaves some people in a bind for pain, relief or any other medicines. Save your gas time and travel and go somewhere else you'll be glad you did! Horrible experience!

This is the worst pharmacy ever called to get an amount of how much a prescription was gonna be gave the date of birth five different times the last time I said I did raise my voice a little bit to be heard, and they got nasty with me and said I didn't need to yell but yeah, every time they asked me the date of birthday turnaround was talking to somebody else then they told me it was going to be an hour when I called earlier that morning and was told it was gonna be another 20 minutes, but while on the phone after raising my voice, she said you don't need to yell at me or I'm not going to help you I intern said so I guess I have to play nice nice even if I'm unhappy with service and she hung up basically if you don't kiss their butt, they'll make your prescription take longer or hang up on you because you're basically at the mercy. I will definitely go elsewhere.

Let's start with CVS, Aetna and Caremark are a total racket. This particular CVS is the worst. It's poorly run and the staff is incompetent and rude. They get stuck on stupid more often than being helpful on any level. Most recent experience is for two prescriptions and I'm being asked to pay $55 for both. When I ask about insurance I get we filed it and this is the cost. I persist because I know they are covered since I got the same scripts the week before and it was $10. Then I get well we applied a discount card for you so that means insurance didn't cover it. It's at this point that I realize what the issue is. The script this week are under my married name and the old ones are under my maiden name. I ask nicely if they can get the info off the other account. Seriously I get a blank stare then a ummm and finally well I need the member ID and bin off of the card. Just so happens that neither of us happen to have the card . Well can you look it up on my husbands account then no we need the card. At this point it gets terse and the less than helpful pharmacist gets involved. He starts to look up the info using a drivers license but then starts spouting bullsh*t about yelling at the clerk. I didn't yell at the clerk but I'm dang sure yelling at you now. The retail store manager comes over and is whispering with pharmacist at the counter. I gotta get up and get in on that. After all this they give me one script but instance won't cover the other without prior authorization and it's a new policy that we can't give it to you if insurance doesn't cover it. The dude was being an obstruction just to make a point.I got on the phone with the doctors office and had the script moved to Walmart. They were so much more helpful and we had it filled less than an hour later.

I love CVS.. They always text me when my medicine's ready. If I have a prescription that's not covered by my insurance, the pharmacist always automatically applies a discount card. Which I really appreciate. And with all my Extra Care Bucks, and CVS coupons, I can shop and literally pay about half of my total tab. I appreciate how clean the store is, and the restrooms are. The employees are very nice and willing to help. They also carry gifts that you can't find elsewhere. Through their app, you can see anything pertaining to your medications, purchases, coupons and extra care bucks you have, also make appointments for the minute clinic. Thank you to everybody at the Decatur Texas CVS store and pharmacy! Merry Christmas to all!

Needed prescriptions filled as we traveled through the area. Called them, had a short wait to speak with someone and received a confirmation text that they were ready for pickup within an hour!

Pharmacy never answers the phone and conformation text that your prescriptions are ready are never ready when you get there

A powder formulation was NOT reconstituted and there was no counsel provided. They were confused and overwhelmed and there did not seem to be any leadership. They did fill the prescription quickly and were friendly, although seemed to be arguing amongst themselves. There is a safety concern here.

today after waiting in line for 10 min, the clerk refused to use my GoodRX coupon to save $286 on ONE med. I called BS. the pharmacist THAO threw my meds in the trash. he said I was rude. I needed one of those 3 meds today. I already changed my meds to Walmart and will never step foot into that location again. Tomorrow I will report to the state HHS. I already reported it to CVS CORPORATE. Walmart is 1/2 the price of CVS so good riddance.

The pharmacists are less than enthused with walk up customers. Rudeness and attitude are less than friendly customer service. I was told I'd be called as soon as my prescription was transferred to this CVS. I have yet to hear anything 2 days later and now I'm on the phone, on hold for someone to pick up the phone to ask these questions. My daughter NEEDS these meds. There's a on hold message to use the app, which is great, but the app is difficult/confusing to use.EDIT: I literally just got off the phone with them. She asked my info, I have it to her. Waited on hold. She came back saying the weren't ready and it would be a couple hours. I asked another question and she replied "$hit". I'm over this and haven't even got my first script from this place.

If u can avoid the pharmacy here do at all cost they take over 30-45 mins to get ppls prescriptions. There's always 2-4 ppl working but only one person checking ppl out. It's absolutely ridiculous
