If you are needing propane, look no further! I started the day off in our new home we purchased with no hot water and it felt a little cold in the house on a Saturday. I called and Cassidy answered. She was so helpful and wonderful. At first, they couldn't get me in until Tuesday. After realizing the situation, she had Adam a technician and Clint with the truck to fill it in about an hour. Within 2 hours of the initial call, we have hot water and heat. It was getting cold and possibly in the 30's as a low the next few days. They were top notch and I will not go anywhere else for my propane needs. Had really good conversation with Adam the tech and Clint was so professional on his duties as well. Couldn't of asked for better treatment. THANK YOU!

We are very happy with Decatur propane. We’ve used them for over 2 years. Our gas line was accidentally hit while digging and Adam was wonderful! He showed up early to the job, knowledgeable, friendly, and got the repair done quickly. Would highly recommend this company and their staff!

Adam’s professionalism, communication and pride in his work definitely show in the quality of the services he provided. Single-handedly installed a 120 gallon tank and expertly installed lines from our tanks to our generator. So glad that we went with NW Propane and will be using them for all our propane needs! 10/10 recommend!

Reese (manager) is a great guy and does a great job. He goes over and above to ensure customers are taken care of- whether it’s a small bottle to fill, or a new tank installation, Reese has always come through for us!!!
