Fantastic customer service! I had rented a small unit for the Nonprofit I manage. Unfortunately the original unit was too small. The gentleman on the phone quickly upgraded the unit, processed the difference payment and I was in the new unit shortly!

We have had three units here for almost three years and they are the absolute best to work with. At one point one of our locks was taken and the owner called me and met me out there to make sure nothing was missing. We have never had any issues and if I ever need storage in the future I will definitely be using DFT again!

I have rented from DST for a little over 2 years. Easy in and out. I upgraded to a larger unit with no issues at all. Highly recommend this place.
