I always have a great experience at this location. Everyone is friendly, and very polite. This is a busy store and they work together to handle it well. Cameron has really helped me with some issues, super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I can 100% see him as a manager. Thanks everyone!

Time management is a problem I don't even know why they have the option to set up an appointment I've been around tire shops my entire life that I've never seen people work so slow I watched one kid take over 30 minutes take one tire off a car I understand being busy as they were but I'll just go to another tire shop where they can get things done a little faster that was my last trip to discount tire I'm not even going to worry about the warranty I have on my tires better luck next time

I spent the day at Discount Tire in Decatur yesterday, from about 8 a.m. until late afternoon. Not due to any fault of theirs, but thanks to a series of unfortunate events involving a tire service plan I bought when I got my car a couple of years ago.
While I waited, I had the chance to people-watch, meet some new faces, and get a feel for the place. It was busy from the moment I arrived at 8 a.m. until I left around 5 p.m. Not a single tech stood still unless they were speaking with a customer—and even then, they stayed calm, friendly, helpful, and genuinely apologetic.
They were incredibly patient with my situation, checked in with me regularly, and did everything they could to help, even though most of the delay was outside their control. I'm especially grateful to Riley, Ash, and the rest of the team for their kindness and professionalism. They had the patience to deal with me and my long, drawn-out situation without missing a beat.
I’ll keep using this Discount Tire location, and if nothing else, I’ll remember names—not just faces—the next time I stop by. Thanks for the experience; it was definitely an interesting one!

If you wanna stand in a line and be ignored by 2 sales reps while only one person is working, then you'll love this place. Gunna just go to an actual tire shop. Not a DMV copycat

I am very pleased with this business. I was in from North Dakota and was asked to get a tire repaired on a vehicle from the people we were visiting. It was a fantastic experience. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend these guys for your business.
