It's always a pleasure to come here and have many a meaningful conversation with Phillip the owner and his wonderful team. They do a great job working on the things I need for my car, they put such great care and skill into their work. I couldn't recommend a better place than one that truly cares for what they do. Driving through Decatur and had an issue. Flusche was the closest so that’s where I went. What a blessing! Kind, helpful, wonderful!! I have family in Decatur that I have recommended use Flusche for all auto needs from here on out!

The owner and his son went above and beyond to help us while on a road trip.
They are literally the only place with the equipment to work on a Subaru!
They immediately took time to diagnose the problem and then also noticed our car didn’t start up well, checked the battery and it was almost dead. It had just been at our regular mechanic for a check up before the trip, so we thought we were ready to go. Had they not noticed the slow start up, and replaced the battery, we may have found a dead battery when we woke up tomorrow morning.
I’m so thankful that the brake light came on 5 minutes from this shop. If we were going to have a problem on the road, it couldn’t have happened at a better moment! Thank you for being angels for our Christmas road trip!!

I was 100 miles from home today when a “transmission system problem” warning lit up the instrument panel on my vehicle. If I had an instrument panel on my forehead, it too would have flashed all sorts of error messages. I was super panicked and stressed out, but Phillip, owner of Flusche Auto Repair, came to my rescue. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and smart. He checked the transmission fluid, pulled error codes with his $fancy$ machine, and quickly diagnosed the problem as something covered under a Honda recall / extended warranty. Hooray! I was relieved when he said I could make it to my local the dealership without destroying my transmission. Furthermore, during my brief visit, I observed how Phillip treated his employees—with kindness and respect.
God bless you, Phillip! You were my guardian angel today.

Mr. Flusche has worked on my truck twice. I find him to be very genuine, kind and as honest and helpful as anyone you will find. His employees also appear to be very conscientious workers. I had taken in my 2004 Mini Cooper that two auto repair places in Denton could not fix. My ex husband suggested I use Flusche which is located in Decatur 15 minutes from my house. I went there and was amazed. They worked on it right away and it was fixed in no time.The service is fantastic. The staff are so police and know what they are doing. I don't recommend this shop and would give zero stars if I could. I called to discuss my vehicle and the process to bring it in for some maintenance service and to troubleshoot an issue and wanted to ask a few questions related to this. Immediately the owner was argumentative and flat out rude on the phone and began talking over me for no reason at all other than me asking about charges, parts and if I had to schedule or could drop it by. I guess I shouldn't be surprised as I stopped by this shop 3 or 4 years ago and got a rude reception at that time as well.

I've used Flusche several times for repairs on 4 different cars of mine, Nissan Titan, BMW 528i, Ford F-150 and (last time) my Lexus LS400 to replace the timing belt. Other vehicles too over the years and they are VERY professional and ALWAYS get it right. Unlike most other local shops, I've NEVER had to take anything back because something was not done right. Pricey, but worth it if you want it done right!Service: Engine repair

I have used Flusche for more than 10 years for a variety of different vehicles: F150, F250, Prius, Honda, Lincoln, and Jeep. I completely trust that they are taking care of my vehicles to keep them safe on the road and to be cost effective and reasonable about how to manage when and if repairs or replacements should be done.We have been rough on some of our off road vehicles. Outstanding and excellent customer service, friendly, helpful, great workmanship. Highly recommend!My wife and I traveled with my daughter from Southwest Florida to get her things out of storage in Decatur, TX. We were pulling a 5'x8' uhaul trailer and into the trip our rear brakes began grinding...steel on steel. Obviously the pads were gone and now the rotors were grooved. We arrived in Decatur on a Tuesday afternoon, brakes grinding. We only were spending one day in Decatur but needed brakes badly. I read the reviews for Flusche Auto Repair and called them first. Even though it was past their posted business hours when I called Tuesday evening, Phillip answered the phone. Phillip explained they were very busy and appointments were booked out but could possibly get us in Friday. I explained our situation and I could tell Phillip was concerned with the safety of our vehicle, especially pulling a trailer. Phillip asked if I could bring the vehicle to them first thing Wednesday morning and they would try to work the brake inspection/service into Wednesday's service schedule. I dropped off the vehicle at Flusche Auto Repair at 7:00 am and walked back to our hotel (approx. 30 min away walking). Phillip called at 8:30 am and explained I would need rear rotors and pads. Front brakes still ok as pads still had 30% life left. I authorized the rear brake repair and within another hour the vehicle was completed. When I explained I would be there in 30 min. (time it would take to walk back), Phillip said he already arranged to have his son pick me up and would be at the hotel in a few minutes. The inspection and service was completed by 10:00 am! We were able to get my daughters things from storage Wednesday afternoon and we were on the road first thing Thursday morning as planned. Flusche Auto Repair went above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend Flusche Auto Repair for any of your auto repair needs.Steve N.

I called three other tire shops in Decatur trying to get a flat tire fixed on my horse trailer and Mr flusche was the only one that offered to help me. I recommend these guys 100%! Thank you so much for taking care of me and my horses!
