What I have to say concerning Gennys mini's storage facility in Decatur Texas. Although The facility for the most part it's pretty clean and kept up . The staff is less than pleasant especially the Lady that deals with speaking to the customers, let's just say to be nice as I can and not stoop to their level I would not do business with this place , customer service is extremely important to me ,some people might value cleanliness over customer service if so this is a good facility to rent from but if customer service is most important to you and being treated friendly and nice then I would say do business elsewhere .
