“I give it a 4 due to sometimes the upkeep on the machines are lacking TV on the machines up stairs are a hit and miss The morning silver sneakers group the music is just way to loud 85 plus decibels upstairs I guess the silver sneakers group turns their hearing aides down or off Now the good stuff A very good gym for a small town atmosphere Lots of nautilus and free weights Indoor gym Indoor walking track Instructors are in the gym and help out if asked or if they aren't with a client Showers saunas all top notch The diamond in the rough just a great gym to go to when in or near decatur”
