This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt and will definitely go back. With my husband recently passing away Aug 2021, they were so patient with me and helped me get everything in order so I could file! Used to just walking in and getting my taxes done, was very surprised to find out I was suppose to set up an appointment, left tax forms and it was done next day, had to go back (20 miles round trip) to sign the forms, but still a good place to get tax returns done.
