Pickup of my vehicle was prompt and the driver was very courteous. It was washed and vacuumed when they returned it after the maintenance was complete. Very satisfied with the service once again.

I took my car in for a latch recall repair. After being told the parts were expected to be in and nothing. I called Wednesday and Craig said”I don’t know when your parts will be in”. He didn’t have a care in the world. I fuming and told them I’d be there tomorrow to pick up the car fixed or not. The next day, heaven behold, parts came in, but it would take majority of the day to fix the problem. I’m called 3ish hours later, car is fixed. I went to pick the car up, I was told it would be washed and vacuumed, it wasn’t. The car seemed fine but after I got home, passenger door won’t open from the inside and driver window won’t roll up. I called to let them know and the service manager would be informed. Jimmy, service manager, didn’t have the courtesy to call and try to make things right this morning. I will NOT ever do business with this dealership again!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Karl Klement Ford! The service manager had great communication through the whole process and everything was spelled out upfront (there were no hidden or surprise charges)!! I would definitely recommend using them!

I had my truck took Carl Clements Ford had the transmission rework Charlie without standing in a good person to work with I really had a very good experience at Carl Clements truck worked on I highly recommend to take your Ford truck to car clinic and have it fixed and ask for Charlie thank you very much for all y'all done for me

Here’s the deal took my 2024 mustang gt in there a few months back for rear differential problem. They said they fixed it by adding friction modifier. Well that helped a little bit took car back again for same thing now they tell me nothing wrong with my car. The noise has gotten significantly louder on cold start. So here’s what they do they just take my car out joyriding ran all gas out of it and then tell me nothing is wrong with it. So beware of the lack of competence this dealership has. There is no telling how my mustang got driven on their joyriding thats the part that terrifies me.

Recommend to take my car here for hail damage. They were great to work with but once my car was “fixed” the trunk wouldn’t open half the time after they replaced it, my driver side mirror was replaced and will just fall out at random times, and my weather stripping on my roof just came off? I brought it back for them to fix the trunk, proceeded to “look at it” (probably didn’t) and used the key to open it and said it was fine. Got home after an hour drive there and hour back, with a baby too, and the trunk wasn’t opening again. Never went back cause I don’t have hours to waste having something that should’ve been fixed the first time, fixed again. The people are great and nice but I’m not happy with the work.

Had my 2014 Raptor in for recall software update and spark plugs. Less than two hundred miles I have had the check light illuminate 3 times. Remote start disabled when that occurs and now its giving me a "check fuel inlet" warning. I have owned this truck for two years and forty thousand miles.. I never had any warnings,, never saw a check engine light. Dealerships are no longer the mark of quality they used to be. Maybe not all Dealerships but this is my continuing Karl Klement Ford experience.
