Unprofessional! Agreed on a deal and drove 1.5 hours away with Vicky (sales) knowing I was on my way to purchase the vehicle after communicating for hours. Vicky verbally said the vehicle was mine and provided the signed sales sheet. I left the house immediately and drove straight to the dealership. Received a text from Vicky 5 minutes from the dealership that she sold it to someone else. Bobby (manager) said there was nothing he could do and first come first serve. I explained to him that he signed the sales sheet. Bobby advised he was fully aware I was on my way, but sold it anyway. Save yourselves from a horrible/unprofessional experience and go elsewhere!

We had our 2015 Dodge Journey at this dealership. It took them about four days of trying to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. So, they said that the alternator was bad. Mind you they just replaced the radiator. This was the second time being back after telling them something was still wrong. The only thing they could say is, it's an old vehicle. We drove off and a week later the hose from the radiator blew up. This was part of the system they repaired. Ater telling them something was still wrong, all they could say, it's an old vehicle. They could care less about looking at it then. After we paid a thousand to have it fixed. They could care less about listening to the customer. So, we had the vehicle towed to Autonation Dodge Fort Worth. Where they verified the radiator pump blew and along with the heating coil it took out. So, thanks to the dodge dealership in Decatur TX that could care less about the customer. We had to pay another thousand dollars to have our vehicle fixed.

Do not buy from this dealership! I inquired about a 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 over the phone and spoke to multiple people (Vikki, Cole, Kirk, John & Bobby) for some strange reason they were completely reluctant to sell me a 2021 Dodge Ram 2500. I was told multiple times that its "tied up in finance" and someone would get back to me to let me know status. NO CALLS returned! I constantly called since I wanted this truck and given circumstances of the world we live in I wanted to jump on this before someone else did. Since I live over an hour away I even offered a non refundable deposit to show them I was a seriously buyer and they declined it. I tried on last time and spoke to BOBBY 'Sales Manager" and expressed my frustration about the run around (in a nice way) and he literally told me that its still tied up in finance (LIAR) and it was his discretion to who he sells a vehicle too. I've NEVER heard these words from someone that works at a dealership especially when it only helps their paychecks. I realized at that point in time that if I was to buy this truck from them after all of that then I would have the misery of poor service for a long time to come. Horrible - thanks BOBBY, Vikki, Cole, Kirk & John!! By the way I'm a CASH buyer that just gave my business to another dealership because of the people listed in this comment!

My 70 year old Dad made an appointment to go see a vehicle here with Nick. He lives 65 miles away so it was no small ordeal for him to drive out there, not to mention he had to take off work to do so. When he got there, turns out they had sold the vehicle he wanted the night before. ZERO COURTESY to call him and let him know. If you're thinking - oh but maybe they had others he could look at - NOPE. This was the only one on the lot. All the manager could do was say I'm sorry. Terrible customer service.

I've bought 2 tires for my car and an entire set for my husband's truck! Shopped around and they were the best price with install on the brands we wanted.
