I asked the service tech if they checked the air in my tires, since I did not see anyone perform the check. He assured me they did. I got home and checked them myself, with my Kobalt air compressor pump, and two tires were 2 to 4 pounds under pressure.
I don't like being lied to, and will not be back.

Hey guys were great, accommodating and so Kwik 😊. Stopped for an oil change and was back on the road in less than 10 minutes.

Might want to estimate how long it will take for them to do what you need done, and get there 10 minutes earlier than that because they close before quiting time that much earlier. I'll go anywhere than that place even if it is unreasonable because they do that. They will NEVER get my money again. For anything!!!

my vehicle was running fine when I took it there now the transmission is acting up. they also spray the damn engine from the bottom before they work on it which i don't think they should do. every time I've had someone try to wash the engine it messes things up. stop spraying they working party of my vehicle with water. that water can get into stuff it's not too be in and the pressure from the spray can loosen wires and cause shorts stop trying to spray water over something that isn't supposed to be too outside conditions. especially an older stuff is loose or doesn't close right and then y'all go spraying preassurised water in it. this vehicle has to run right. it was working with i took it theres these vehicles are too electric now just to be spraying them with water. every time I've had boyfriend it someone that wanted to wash the engine it winds up not working right for a while. these wires and things are thin nowadays it doesn't take that much to cause a loose connection or a short i mean the wires and stiff are covered but they aren't infallible. getting your oil at this place is equivalent to driving through water that is too deep. they tell you not to drive through deep water for a reason then you take it to get the oil changed they make the equivalent of a rain storm inside the and call it maintenance. if driving through water isn't a good idea why the hell are y'all sprayong the engine compartment

Service was prompt as I pulled up , no one else in line. Associates where not very friendly at all, just pulled in , not much communication , as I could not remember the type of oil I used last time when asked what I wanted , the gentleman stated he could not check to see what I had used previously. I am always using this facility. I would of thought there would be some kind of record. I was not directed out of the bay , was not sure if I was set to go, everyone walked away , there was no Thank u , was just handed my card back with the receipt.

Twice I have stopped by for an inspection. The 1st time. They said the inspector was out for lunch. No problem. 2nd time, a different day, with not one car in any bays, a tech simply says they're not doing them today. No explanation and very standoff'ish. I have been coming here for oil changes and inspections for my 3 vehicles for years. No more, customer lost.

They are quick and also clean your windows for you. I've been to the same business in Sanger and Denton and they didn't perform this service. I recommend this place!
