Horrible customer service, online banking services are a complete disaster, bankers can’t answer simple questions.I downloaded transactions for the year. Deposits were NOT showing up on the downloads from online banking. In fact, I was missing 40 deposits on my online banking. After several team members later, looking for the deposits, I was told I can only rely on the actual bank statements that would be sent to my home, not online banking. Why have online banking of we can’t rely on it.I do not recommend.

Personal banking at Legend might be ok, BUT when it comes to business banking, they don’t have a clue what they're doing. I have never seen a business banking department SO inept and incompetent in handing simple matters.If you value your business and your time, I would seriously consider other options for business banking!

Love me some Legend Bank! They give the small town "know you on sight" type service. For nearly 8 years, every time I leave, I get the feeling (like back in high school)... walking down the hall... eh... they seem condescending & judging. Like, perhaps they do not want my big city coins mixing with their coins. Texas is a Scarlet Letter A optional state!I am more into having my financial done by big city slickers who don't know me without an ID & are too busy protecting my money to care about my personal business. Account. So I am breaking up with them forever today. ?

We worked with Melissa Mitchell on a new construction loan as well as a permanent loan. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and an overall joy to work with. I highly recommend her and Legend bank.

My family has been Banking with Legend for many years, we trust them completely. Almost all the towns/cities along 287 have a branch in them. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been satisfied customers for a couple of years now. However, with the latest hours, we are severely limited in times we can deposit paychecks on Friday evening. Most days I work until 5, and cannot get to the bank before the drive thru closes. It was nice when the drive through was open Saturday morning, and I could deposit then. What I would like to see, is a drive through open daily at hours convenient to the average working people, or even a smarter atm that can handle deposits.

My company currently has a business account with Legend. My wife went in to set up a business account for her business, which is 4 years old. She has a business account with BBVA, but they don't have a location in Decatur. The woman dealt rough with her and listed off a ton or "requirements" needed to open the account. Which she could meet, but wanted to get things started. The lady said she wouldn't do anything until she brought in her DBA paperwork... She will be opening an account elsewhere. Very poor professionalism and customer service for this visit.

The bankers are pleasant. The Legend Bank bill payment system is the worst. Because the bank building was closed is 1/1/2015 they paid all our bills on 12/31/2014 before our pay checks were deposited. They then tried to hit us $150 in NSF fees. They are also going to have to scrub our account of any record of insufficient funds in case they are used in any of our credit reports. Also, their bill pay system doesn't take all of the checks written via their bill pay system out of your balance at the time they are written. This leaves you having to manually keep up with whichever checks these are and keep them manually deducted from the balance the bank says you have...otherwise you will have bounced checks and NSF fees. Overall, it's not worth the effort. We are finding another bank that functions in a 21st century manner.

Ive been a customer of Legend Bank for 8 years. I'm from the DFW area and have had a good banking experience. The ATM is down upon occasion but I believe that their online banking has been updated. Their customer service far exceeds that of the larger banks that I've dealt with in the past. If I have a question I get a person instead of option after option on an automated system. Too often got lost in the crowd with the larger banks and I was just a number. Would recommend this bank instead of the larger banks that I've used in the past.
